I had such a lovely time! Usually going to the bank is boring and a hassle but Tommy, Savannah, and Kelsey made my experience absolutely amazing. I had trouble at ent (they acted like I was bothering them) so I would highly recommend this place!!! 10/10 best bank in the springs!

This location is great! Each time i go everyone is super friendly and willing to help. I’m never waiting long and my trips here are super fast. Tommy was very knowledgable and quick to help. Definitely recommend this place!

Over a month before my wife’s debit card expired, my wife reached out to confirm that a new debit card would be mailed to our current address. After communicating with a Bank of Colorado representative, she was told she would receive her new debit card before her current debit card expired.3 weeks later, she had not yet received her card and reached out again to a Bank of Colorado representative, and they stated her card was probably in transit and would arrive to our current address soon. They also stated they couldn’t find any shipping updates for her as it pertained to the location of her new debit card.Then, 2 days before her card expired, she reached out for the 3rd time. She spoke to another Bank of Colorado representative, and they stated her card probably got lost in the mail, and that they would send her a new debit card. They shared her new card would arrive within 10-14 days, which resulted in her current card expiring before her new card arrived. They also stated they were unable to extend her current debit card to be useable until her new card arrived, and they were unable to provide any expedited shipping services or shipping tracking information for her new card as well. This resulted in her current card no longer being a valid form of payment (except if we only used checks, which we rarely use), and the money we had in her account was unusable.We understand how things can get lost in the mail, but we believe there should be proactive systems in place to notify Bank of Colorado customers as to when their card is expiring, when it has been shipped, and when they can expect it to arrive to their listed address. It also would be beneficial to provide customer service information within those updates in case customers had any questions.We believe this situation could have been prevented had these proactive systems already been implemented.

Update : Upon closing my account this bank stole all the remaining money and will not give me it. It’s a small enough amount that it’s not worth suing over but if they do this to everyone they can become millionaires. I gave them my new address when it should have closed over a year ago. They didn’t input that information and when the account closed they sent my check to my old address. I called and explained sthe situation and they did absolutely nothing to fix it but wanted me to hand write them another letter. Just when I thought they couldn’t have done a worse job, they prove me wrong yet again.Worst customer service in the history of banks. Especially icky and Renee. Moved across the country and kept this account for when I visit during the holidays. I bought food off Google and it charged Venmo which charged my old account which I don’t look at but once a month. Got an email saying my account was overdrawn and IMMEDIATELY fixed it and waited til they opened to call and explain. I got laughed at by Renee and icky when I explained there shouldn’t be two charges because it’s one transaction from Venmo (one was the food charge and it separated the tip into a different charge). They refused to refund even though I am not a repeat offender and it was obviously an honest mistake. The general rudeness from both of those employees was audacious.

Kindness and willing to help is something I dont take lightly and I dont see all the time. So when people go out of their way to help I appreciate it. Shout out to Angelina at Edison branch who went all out to help me and my husband today, I appreciate your kindness and willingness to help and for going out of your way to call our other branch for us.We appreciate you and all your help.
