“This place is great. I came in 10 minute before closing and they had the battery I needed for my Harley motorcycle key fob. They replaced it for me and tested the old battery to confirm it was the issue I was having. Really appreciate them helping me out with thorough service so close to closing time!”
“An auxiliary battery I bought for my Chrysler Pacifica was 1/3 the cost of all the auto parts stores. And they had them in stock, which I would have had to order through the auto auto parts stores. They fully charged it before I picked it up, which I've never seen an auto parts store do. I've always had to put it on my charger After i bought it home, which can take 1/2-1 hour with 1-2 amps of current. The next time I need a car battery, I will check with them first.”

He went out to my old Cruiser and performed a battery test and an alternator test. He also gave me electrical troubleshooting advice for a parasitic draw. “When my car battery went dead over the weekend David called me back first thing Monday morning and was at my house within a couple hours. He was able to test the battery and replace it all within about 15 minutes. I will absolutely use Walter's again if I have a battery problem they were quick, professional, and had great pricing.”

“Usually has what I need on the shelf, asking for assistance is a whole other ballgame good luck and hopefully you get someone knowledgeable to assist. You can definitely tell the difference between a person who has dealt with real vehicles and then there's the other side who knows how to use a computer but no idea what anything is. Best bet is to look up what you need at home and get the part number and just ask for that instead of the whole process.”
“Greg is the only person I trust to work on my van! I have an old campervan and it’s really hard to find people who know how to work on it. After having a mechanic turn me away, saying my van was unfixable, Greg told me not to worry and that he would figure it out. He was honest, told me it would take him a while for him to get to it, but my patience was so worth it. We are back up and running. Thanks again, they don’t make mechanics like this anymore!”

“My battery went bad and I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts on Mark Scheffel and Constitution. Michelle helped me from start to finish. She replaced my battery, put on some new wipers for me and ran a diagnostic check on my truck since the check engine light was on for some reason, suddenly. She was right; since the computer hadn't caught up yet, the check engine light is now gone. She was awesome and I couldn't be happier.”
“I went to auto zone today and they tried to sell me a different part than what was listed on line. Claiming their web page wasn't updated. So I went to O'Reilly and showed them the part and they had it in stock, which of course matched what autozones web page said I needed. But the auto zone rep insisted was wrong. And the service at O'Reilly was above and beyond what I received at auto zone. I'm going to O'Reilly for all of my automotive needs from now on.”
