I have used Pama’s services for 7 years and have not had any issues with her work until 2019. I was In and out of her office within 10 mins usually as I normally dropped my documents off and would come back when she had completed them. I was very disappointed when she did my 2019 taxes and they are still processing due to an error on her part. She not only charged me for my 2020 return, but increased her price. She also told me she would charge me for her time while on hold with the IRS trying to take care of HER error. That was unprofessional of her and then when she was confronted regarding this she apologized and told me she was “stressed”! She also made an error on my moms return. I do not recommend Pama. There are many more other options out there and will be less of a headache.

I love being able to count on Beatty and Co. REALLY CUTE OFFICE MANAGER! Oh, I like being able to just hand over my finances to Pama. I run nearly everything by her before making finacial decisions. I like that I dont have to worry about it. If Pama can't handle it she knows someone who can. She's kind of a Guide to who is who in Colorado Springs. I like that too. Did i mention the really cute office manager?

Zac and Pama were so easy to work with- especially given the Pandemic. We did everything virtually and it was a great experience! They were quick, thorough and super helpful- giving us advice on how to structure our tax situation in a way that works for us. Great value- highly recommend!

Hands down the best tax filing experience!! We worked closely with Zach and he paid attention to all details, was efficient, responsive, personable, and professional. We are military, moved states, bought a house, bought a business, and had no clue if we would owe or get a return. We received our largest return to date, and are so grateful we trusted them with our taxes. I am so glad we found them, and have already referred 3 friends. We look forward to working with them next year!

Look any person that would come in on a Saturday just to accommodate your schedule I'd say that alone would be enough to say go there. But yet that's just the beginning Pama really helped me with my taxes but just doing them but with the information needed to succeed for the coming years. If your not going here then your taxes aren't getting done hand's done.
