Bennett's moving treated us like we were family and did an awesome job with our move. They were able to help us with a solution when we realized we needed another truck to move all our possessions. They arrived on time to both our old residence and our new residence as stated in their estimate. The only suggestion we have is that they mark the boxes with some of the actual contents instead of just marking it as fragile glass or the room it was packed in. We would recommend Bennett's moving to anyone moving to or from Colorado Springs, or other areas they service.

EDIT TO ADD: Just as suspected, Bennett's response to this review is dishonest and untrue. Thankfully, I have witness proof of it all. Example: I sold EVERYTHING I had said I was going to sell, and more that I didn't plan on...21 items, including 12 large and smaller scale furniture items. Bribing the crew?? The dishonesty and gaslighting are mind-boggling. The crew alone earn the good reviews for this company. It's also worth noting that the wife wrote the response to my review, making all the claims of what she says actually happened...and she wasn't even there! How foolish to make false claims knowing there was a third party there who could attest to everything I've said in my review.
Terrible, nightmare experience with the owners of this company! Their employees...the loaders...on the other hand, are terrific, friendly, professional hard workers. As long as there are zero issues, your move will most likely be fine. You have to decide if it's worth the risk, though, because if you have to deal with the owners because of any problems that arise, there's a big chance it will become awful.
It quickly became apparent on move day that they had grossly misinformed and falsely assured me of the space I would need...this despite doing a thorough walk-through with very specific questions from me regarding my particular circumstances and needs. I made my decisions based on their responses, trusting all they told me. That was a mistake. On move day, the husband was called when it became clear the space needed was far from what they assured me I'd need or came prepared with. He proceeded to deny everything they had said during walk-through and fabricated lies of things never said. When I stood up to his lies, he became confrontational and argumentative, extremely disrespectful and condescending, making personal and disparaging remarks about me and my character. I am a 67 year old single woman, and I was shocked by his behavior towards me. I told him to stop speaking to me in my home in such a manner, but he didn't stop. I finally had to order him to leave my home. It was the worst example of gaslighting I have ever seen; neither have I ever been on the receiving end of such a thing. Luckily a move manager I had hired was there and witnessed the whole thing; I also have recorded proof of everything I ever discussed with them along with their responses.
Once I ordered the husband to leave my home, he retaliated and ordered his crew to unload the truck, leaving me high and dry. I told him and the workers that I wanted them to keep loading but, of course, they had to listen to their boss. One of the workers felt so bad for me that he came back on his own time and helped to load a Uhaul container I had also rented for possible overflow. I had to leave and travel to Missouri, so my household belongings had to be left behind. As of this date, I still don't have my belongings, except for what came in the Uhaul container. I have to find another company to complete the move Bennett's Moving backed out of on move day.
I trusted the high ratings for Bennett's Moving on Google, but when I went back to read the reviews more thoroughly, I discovered the good reviews were primarily regarding their employees...and they were indeed awesome. I also found most of the negative reviews involved the owners, the problems they were responsible for, and how they handled those problems. I even found a couple of reviews that were almost identical to my experience...a proven pattern of behavior. My recommendation is to be very careful in choosing Bennett's Moving, knowing you could be stuck on move day with inadequate transportation for your things or, worse yet, treated badly and extremely unprofessionally with the move not happening at all. They did not handle the issues that they caused appropriately or with professionalism. They didn't own up to their failings but, rather, lied and gaslit...as I'm sure wil

Bruce and I have never had a move go so smoothly. Bennett’s Moving made the move from Colorado to Florida a breeze. Can we just say that not one single item was damaged, not even a drinking glass. Everything was taken care of and delivered with such care.Chase drove our things over 2000 miles without incident and kept in contact to make certain we knew when he would be at our place upon arrival. We also had contact about when they would be at our place for the moving day and all was on time then too. Perfection!How can these people be so well organized and accommodating to our ask of giving us another day to make the drive ourselves as we were seniors in need of more time? They can make it happen! All near the Christmas holidays and within a budget we needed.If you need a move, big or small, local or across country…give this moving company your attention and call them! Bennett's did a great job. Used them twice in the last month. The employees were prompt, polite and very careful with our possessions. Would definitely use them again.

Bennett's Moving is AWSOME! From the moment I contacted them Wendy made me feel at ease, and explained how they could help with my out of state move. I had to switch my move date a few times since my home was not ready, and they were always so accommodating. The team that came to pack the truck was terrific they were respectful of me my belongings, and the home I was leaving. They packed everything with such care even my antiques and artwork. Chase was the guy that drove my belongings to my new home, and he kept in contact as to when he was going to arrive. He and another guy were so efficient at unpacking , and placing the boxes and furniture in the rooms I requested. All my belongings arrived safety and in perfect condition. We used Bennetts Moving to move our household from Colorado Springs, Colorado to Wayland, Michigan. Jarrod and his wife, Wendy came to our house, gave us an awesome quote, and we decided to use their services. We did pack ourselves, but Bennetts came in and wrapped our furniture, loaded it and delivered it within our timeframe. Once in Michigan unloading went perfect, as we didn’t have one thing broken or scratched. Roland and his staff were awesome. If you’re looking to move across country or just in Colorado Springs, my husband and I recommend Bennetts Moving company for all your packing and moving needs. This was a very good experience moving with Bennett. Wendy was terrific at explaining the process and how it worked. The four movers were on time, professional, and courteous. We were inside the time estimated for a move with their two 26-foot trucks. Such a nice experience for such a hectic part of anyone's life! Thank you, Bennett Moving!

Highly recommended movers. I was extremely stressed the week before the move but they really calmed me down with their presence, professionalism and just kindness. Everything arrived safely and I'm very relieved the move is over.

Jared saved the day! The movers that we booked never showed so I reached out locally and Jared rearranged his schedule to help me get to Florida. My house was closing in 3 days he came by professionally packed and wrapped all my items and got everything to Florida. He definitely takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend Bennett's moving company. Not only is it professional, but is a family owned business that I was proud to support.

we had this company move us in july of 2021 from colorado springs to texas ,we notified them that we had items either broke , missing or not even ours, they could not care less, they have not contacted us after we spoke about these issues, blaming us on all things ,how do you explain items missing or not even ours being delivered in our shipment ,but most important of all ,we are missing my decreased father air force shadow box that means the most to me, they don't even care or have a heart that they can't admit that it is gone (stating that they did not even pack it), this is not over with . will be going another route to have this issue looked at , they were all nice when taking our money then all changed.
