I really wanted to like this pharmacy. I went a couple of times and was able to get some items filled, but there was a lot they had out of stock. I've left a couple of messages trying to see what I can get refilled a month later, but no call backs and when I try to stop by the store is closed. I always found them very pleasant and did sound like they had some supply issues, which I feel bad for. I'm a bit worried they have had to close? But I had to give up and go somewhere else so I could get my prescriptions filled. I gave three stars because they were super friendly and they were genuine in their desire to help me.

Their phone line is “busy” non stop. Doubt this. Also I sent a script and never heard back from them. Now can’t even be reached. From the reviews, it sounds like I am not the only one struggling.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero I would. Very unprofessional doesn’t fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Refuses to fill a prescription unless I have all of my medications transferred, don’t have medication in stock, you run out of medication and have to go without for days until it comes in. The pharmacist is very rude, especially if you’re a woman. I would not go here. If you want a small locally owned pharmacy I would go to the medicine shoppe. Don’t waste your time

Love this pharmacy. They always take care of my needs. Even when the insurance or dr screws up they've resolved it by the next day. Day and night from walgreens.

Was told I needed a specific Rx card, that my insurance card did not have the correct numbers on it…Walgreens just called the insurance company and got what they needed without issue. Why would you not do this for me? Walgreens took the time, but your fancy store would not. That is lazy. Also, I was told to just click the green yes when asked if I had been offered the privacy policy, which I had not. It took him 15 minutes to find a copy. A medical facility should have those ready to go on the instant and definitely should not encourage customers to just say they received it or even offered it when they haven’t. Very disappointed and shocked at the unprofessional and lazy ways. I will never go here again and will make sure everyone I know does not either.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! This pharmacy is by far THEE WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. One day I was there to pick up meds and I flat out overheard the tech tell the pharmacist that she would be lying if she told the patient what the pharmacist wanted her to tell the patient and the pharmacist gave her a look that said "DO IT." I came to know the tech really well and I was SHOCKED when she told me they let her go. I will be switching pharmacies because of this. I only kept filling at this pharmacy because that really nice tech was there. Now, I will definitely be switching pharmacies. I have talked to the pharmacist on the phone before and he is very pushy about me filling meds I don't need. He straight up tells me what I need instead of me telling him what I need. I called one day to tell him that the pharmacy had sent the wrong insulin needles and he insisted he didn't; he didn't even take the time to look at my profile. I know this is a long rant but I want people to know so they don't get screwed over there!! Go to Ivywild Pharmacy if you want a REAL pharmacy where the pharmacist actually knows what he is doing. Last but not least, one day I called and said I needed my meds delivered because I had covid.... guess what the pharmacist said? He said "oh no no big deal you can come on in and pick it up." He then asked me if I was vaccinated then I said "well i just got my first shot a few weeks ago." He said "oh yeah no problem come on it no worries." I still didn't feel comfortable with it so I sent my husband to go pick it up and he said there was a sign on the door saying in bold lettering: DO NOT COME IN IF YOU HAVE COVID - IF YOU DO HAVE COVID, PLEASE CALL US AND WE WILL BRING YOUR MEDS OUT TO YOU." When my husband told me that I was appalled that the pharmacist said I could come in - he basically lied to me. Anyways I've said enough but I'm just saying...whatever you do... do NOT fill at this pharmacy; it does not deserve anyone's business.

I only had one brief encounter, but my prescription showed up quickly and the staff was very prompt in contacting me to confirm information.

I am so thankful that there are a few pharmacys who have the moral courage to fill prescriptions provided by faithful doctors instead of following the unfair and unscientific "guidance" of the cdc and fda. Thank you!

I had a great experience until someone I spoke with told me the hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin and zinc my doctor ordered through you wouldn’t work on Covid. Well that was most certainly wrong! I started coughing up black, which a friend who’s a doctor confirmed is really bad. The trio of FDA approved drugs knocked it right out!

Overall, I'm very pleased with the care and service I have received and continue to receive from this pharmacy. These are the pharmacies we can turn to when in need, NOT these big chain pharmacies. You get the attention and care that should be the norm but is now a gem when you find it. Though not perfect, mistakes are immediately taken care of and rectified. Again, that level of customer care is hard to find these days.

Update: your customer needs are clearly very important to you., and you're willing to go above and beyond to make sure patients receive their meds.Pretty doggone disappointed. I received a phone call this morning that my prescription had been received, and that I could come get it, or they could have it delivered. I opted for delivery. Fail. It's now afterhours on Friday -- no delivery, and they're *closed for the weekend*. Now I'm waiting til Monday to pick up the scrip I *needed today*.

Great experience! They made my Rx ordering easy and fast. I spoke with the pharmacist and she was helpful and knowledgeable. Will happily use Colorado Springs Pharmacy again!
