Jeff P. in appliances is a TRUE asset to Best Buy! I have been in sales for a VERY long time. I always knew my "product knowledge". It was always the best way to help a customer narrow down their selection and leave with a mixture of what they were looking for and within budget! Every where else ( The Home improvement stores ) are more less "Order takers". Couldn't answer any questions at all, and were just there. Jeff on the other hand, had ALL the answers! Thank you again Jeff. You couldn't have made it a more fun time!

No one came to ask us if we needed anything. The wring price was on the TV we purchased. Just irritated that we were in the store for about an hour and not one person came up to us. We started coming to this store because the one on Academy was so bad but now this store is becoming the same way. Sad!

Dillon, the sales representative, lied to me and my wife. Dillon promised we would get a free s pen with the Samsung Galaxy book 3. I work in retail and saw that a pen doesn't come in the box. Dillon made the sale and didn't give us a free s pen. My wife went into Best Buy today 1/15/2024 at new center point in Colorado Springs, Colorado to see if a manager would honor Dillions' lies. The manager would not. It would be an 1100.00 purchase. You would think the store would honor a 45.00 lie by Dillion, the sales representative. Notice to anyone that shops there be very specific with what you want and check to see if store representatives honor their shaddy upsale tactics. I will never shop at this location again. I prefer honest employees and managers that honor retail codes. Very poor business.

I hardly ever have a good experience here. Mostly due to the staff. They are consistently unhelpful throughout the store. We've even had staff suggest that we were shoplifting while trying to make a return. Followed by staff that would rather lose a sale while they set up a display, while they shrug off your questions. If you have another option, I'd recommend going with the other choice. Not here.

This place never appearedin my searches till yesterday. We were looking for something new, and "high end" Mexican fit the bill. We were not disappointed. The queso, while not really "dip," was fantastic. My wife loved the chicken tinga queadillas and my carne en su jugo was a knock out. Oh, get the mole Old Fashioned, wow!

I was specifically looking for a Kindle. I went in and viewed the tables set up front. Because of Christmas, the place was very busy. The normal practice of greeting you by an associate didn't happen, but because it was so busy, I expected that. I made my way back to the electronics and caught a young lady behind the counter. I asked for the Kindles location and was told, "Oh, we have a lot of them over there." I made my way to 'over there' and didn't see any, so I asked another young man. He said there were no more left and that "if" there were they'd be up on the tables by where I walked in. I went up there and again asked for one. The lady that helped looked on and under the table and on her phone for other locations in the city. Everyone was sold out. It was comical in part as I got my days' worth of walking in that store, and the right hand doesn't know what the left hand's doing. If you know what you want or need, call before making the trip unless you don't mind browsing. This is not a negative review, just an experience.

Completely dysfunctional from the highest store management to the newest hire on the floor. Made an install appointment in Nov for Jan 6 at 10am. Arrived 5 minutes early to see a note warning customers of the busy holiday season and that if they were more than 10 minutes late they’d be rescheduled. Sat for 20 minutes waiting for them to open. Went inside to customer service at 10:20 to ask about my install appointment twenty minutes ago. Staff, Customer Service, & Management were clueless and said to hang around and the installer would be in shortly. Sat behind Bestbuy at the install door until after 11 and went back in to find out why nobody has show. Up in over an hour. Was then told the installer called off sick and I’d need to re-schedule. I asked why nobody came to inform the 10 am install customer so they didn’t waist an hour….no answer. I asked why the management only had one installer scheduled to open the second Saturday after Christmas when they even posted a notice on their door about the busy season….no answer. I look forward to the day I see that Best Buy has joined Blockbuster and Circuit city to make way for a capable business to take their place.

Really sad they're getting rid of their blu-ray section. That was the only reason I came to that store. After buying some 4k's. I bought a new Samsung tv. Guess I could just start buying electronics on Amazon.
