We went to see my brother and we stayed for almost 5 days and on the 2nd day we left some money in the bag and we went out to have a good time with the family and when we came back the money was gone, the cleaning lady took it and it was enough and we went through reception to see what they could do and they did nothing, we lost the money and it was a very bad experience, be careful, I really do not recommend the hotel for security and the package was closed and they opened it to search

I was traveling Friday evening (2/16) and called to see about a room at the Best Western near I-25. I couldn't find it, the street signs weren't visible because of the storm. The night clerk, Chris, guided me in by phone. When I went to park, he shoveled from my car to the door. He had treats for my dog and there was pineapple water & a treat for me. This is what hospitality is supposed to look like. I thought Best Western was kind of a budget motel, but this one was definitely top of the line. Chris could give lessons on hospitality. I will now always try to find a Best Western to stay in .

I we absolutely loved Chris your Graveyard was so nice to us offered us drinks thanked me for being a member gave us a gift bag, literally felt like we were taken care of from the minute we walked in the door to leaving we had a huge trip coming in from Kansas so was very thankful that our room was ready, also called the night before asking question Chris went and looked over the things I needed to know about the room! You guys have amazing staff! breakfast was amazing clean hotel my kids loved the pool third time staying will be back!

They were extremely accommodating. Especially for the late checkout I had to do. and when asking directions.. just anything I had questions about they were very friendly and helpful for all of it, which I'm more than appreciate.

I spoke with a very professional front desk clerk her name wasLavianna and she listened and answered all my questions.It was her professionalism that made my decision to book this hotel.Chris was the one that greeted us at 12:00 am from along drive from Texas to be with our son returning to the Army base.Chris hospitality went above and beyond compassion recieving us.Heather and Jaryd were the other desk clerks and were amazing as Lavianna was. They went above and beyond taking care of our needs.The room attendants were amazing checking if we needed anything.Sylvia and Lilliana were the breakfast club and breakfast was fresh and fully stocked and fresh served with a smile made you feel like home.Lillian well she was amazing and went the extra mile to ask if we needed anything else.Last but not least we left at 4am and Chris spoke volumes for Best Western he asked if we needed anything before leaving and that was such a warm way to say Thanks for choosing our home away from home Best Western.Will recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.The Gonzales Family froTexasRooms: Very clean fully stockedNearby activities: Mall ,movie theater nearby attractions.Safety: Great area ,quiet,front dest 24/7Walkability: Close to many attractions and malls and restaurantsFood & drinks: Great professional service and food was great and fresh ,served with a smile.Noteworthy details: Great staff

Best Western properties continue to impress me. A great value with thoughtful touches, and the staff goes the extra mile to make sure a traveler like me feel welcome. Nothing fancy, just well-executed. It is my "go-to" hotel chain these days. ?Rooms: Upgraded rooms with comfortable beds and lots of amenities.

Chris was our front desk attendant and he was awesome!We travel very often and have stumbled across more bad experiences with front desk attendants than good, but Chris was a breath of fresh air! He was happy, accommodating and made the experience great overall!Good size rooms and beds, good area, good service, would book again!

My husband and I checked in on Wednesday. At first I wasn't sure if it was a place I wanted to stay. We checked in and checked out the room. We noticed we had 2 queen size beds. We went to the front desk to ask if we could get a room with a king size bed instead. The young lady was very accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Colorado Springs.

Nice location near World Arena, shopping and restaurants. Very Clean outside and inside of the safe hotel grounds. Enjoyed the Pool and hot tub, with a small gym. Front desk was friendly. Stayed in a king suite, clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space and privacy in the living room and bedroom. styled with modern, comfortable furnishing.

As others have mentioned, it's an older building with an updated interior. My room was clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was better than average. I'll return to this Best Western not only because it is an excellent value, but also because of the compassion from the hospitality team when I had an urgent personal matter arise.

The staff here is awesome! They were so accommodating and friendly. Loved the breakfast and my kids loved the pool. The only negative I had about the place was the exercise room is really small with no weights and if you're on the treadmill, the lights to the room turn off after 10 minutes since it doesn't register movement. It didn't stop me from gettin my run in each day. I would definitely stay here again. It was just minutes away from anywhere we wanted to go.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was helpful, friendly and made us feel welcomed. The whole team was amazing.Shout out to Lily who was the breakfast attendant! She did an amazing job. The food was great. Coffee was to die for and the orange ? juice was on point!Stay here if your okay with a chill, quiet place to rest your body and head. It's worth the money. We would stay again.

Damien and Raina I believe were their names, I’m so sorry if they were wrong. They were phenomenal. Had issues with bookings etc.. they helped me get a room for the night and went above and beyond basic customer service and were phenomenal. They are great people with great mindsets and are here to help people and be as respectful as possible. PLEASE GIVE THEM A RAISE!!! They were beyond amazing to my wife and I. Thank you so much.
