Marcus, my sales along with Marie have been very professional, accommodating, friendly, not pushy in helping to find, test drive, and become financially fit for my preferred vehicle….. I would highly recommend each of them to another person in the market of buying a vehicle…. Sales staff fast and friendly. Inventory clean and safe. Added features for security were a nice bonus. Financing very good offers considering rates today. Great warranty offers for current and aftermarket options. Very happy with the purchase!

For two years I have admired the professional look of the Mc Closky's locations. I found a jeep on the web site and drove it. The next day I took off work to take it to a mechanic that found 4/6K worth of work needed on the vehicle. When I went back to the showroom my salesmen went to find out what the McClosky mechanics had found....odd. They didn't share this with me prior to me taking it to a 3rd party mechanic. The salesman said the items are all routine and if they did the work the car would be worth 3K more then the posted price. (No they weren't all routine)....and SO WHAT! It would appear they are good with selling vehicles with "routine maintenance" issues or any issues to folks who don't get own checks on the cars. What if some single Mom with a few kids bought that car unknowing the issues and was slapped with a maintenance bill of 4/5K plus?Rude Mr. McCloskey! Maybe Mr. Mc Closkey is far removed from the running of the these days but this is a fraudulent way to sell cars.

I went on Saturday afternoon January 31 to get a jeep I was looking at, I had arranged this interview with Brandy from Internet sells. She was the only one there that was honest and professional. When I got there Saturday, they set me up with a salesman named Jerry Hilton. I asked to drive a supercharged Jeep they have! we started on a test drive, and I told him this thing doesn't feel super charged. He said they're not for speed they're just for rock crawling I proceeded to say that the mileage was different than the vehicle I was looking at, He said he wasn't sure he would look when he gets back but I was the supercharged Jeep I also said it's not lifted or has any of the upgrades of the jeep I wanted to drive and again he just kept giving me excuses. Once I got back, I looked up on the phone and said that's not even the jeep that I'm supposed to be test driving but you're telling me it is, he said I got to be honest with you I've only been here about 30 days and I don't know much about the jeep so red flags immediately. He was dishonest from the time I met him. I had a vehicle to trade, but they wanted to give me 6000 below book on it, I told them to get me approved with the trade-in and without the trade-in I said I would probably go without because the trade-in wasn't worth it. He called me Saturday afternoon and told me it was a done deal but I had to do 8000 down I said, could you try to run it for 4000 he said yes, he came back a couple hours later and said he could only do it with the $8000 down. We never discussed another jeep only the one that I was interested in. they were closed yesterday New Year's Day and today I went back in I talked to Jerry and his manager and his manager said she could probably get you approved for 5000 down. She was very nice but once she called she said that the finance manager or the main store manager named Walter would be in at 2 o'clock, and could probably get this thing through. Before I left, I said I know that I would be upside down on the car but I would be willing to trade it in, so I didn't have to deal with the car anymore. I hoped they can get me approval less down. Because they told me they probably could. I said I would do it but I do not need to do it. I will keep the car. I asked him point blank in front of his manager, if we don't do the car. I'm still approved with the $8000 down he told me it was more like 8400 I told him that's not what you told me on Saturday, You said 8000 his exact words were we can get it done with 8,000 I haven't heard from them so I text Jerry and I asked him what was going on. He came back and said they can't do it with the car it's not looking good but they are looking at a couple of banks still I said well don't worry about the car in a text I will just do the 8000 down and go that route. He then called me and told me that since it was a new year today that they would have to re-run it I said that's a crock. It has only been one business day since I was approved once again, another lie, and then hung up on me. I called back in and talk to Brandy and she put me through to talk to Walter he said something totally different. He said that I needed 30% down now and then he started telling me that maybe it was another Jeep I saw I never looked at any other Jeep or talked about any others. he said, he wasn't sure then. I was told I could come in Saturday and sign the papers. I just waited because $8000 was a lot of money. He said he did not have to run my credit again but he would let me know in a little bit if he could get it done with $8,000 but he thinks he needs 30% as soon as I hung up the phone 10 minutes later they ran my credit again and drop my credit score for the second time in three days. These guys are terrible, I would never suggest this dealership to anyone, ever they are very dishonest and very unprofessional. The only one there that had any integrity it was Brandy.

Went to McCloskey Truck Town today looking for a new family vehicle. Everyone we came in contact with was super nice! JD ended up showing us a few different vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and super helpful! We walked out with a wonderful vehicle and thanks to JD the experience was painless! Would recommend this place and JD to everyone!

This dealer has fake awards, they have no national awards from JD POWER or any like it. Also the company was sued in 2001-2002 for disabling the airbag system. I would never trust this company for anything, if you want a reliable dealer go to people like Dealin Doug Dealerships, Mike Maroone Dealerships, or even Phil Long Dealerships. By the way, from a financially sound perspective, the $4000 trade in, will eventually come back on any loan, it is common economics, no dealer will give away money or they would be bankrupt. Certainly not telling anyone where to buy, just calculate your options, I have only had bad experiences.

I was ripped off by money hungry vultures who sold me a bad car and then told me to go fly a kite, Eric May acts nice to get your mom and as soon as the deal is done you're now invisible to these people, I bought a car and not even a thousand miles in and it ALREADY needs 3,000$ worth of work and after all the money I spent on warrantees NOT ONE thing was covered and the literally said "what ever" TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Personally, I really liked the folks over there and I would love to give them 5 stars, but I cannot. On the plus side, I got good value for my trade in and the salesman was very honest about what they would and would not do. I found that refreshing. On the down side, 2 weeks after buying my truck I needed a new starter, fuel pump and heater/AC fan. When I called my salesman about concerns over their inspection process I got silence. Fortunately, I did what I said I would never do and bought a warranty plan. It's probably almost paid for itself already. I still have to fix the fan as it's not covered...sigh
