I have purchased 3 DVR’s from these guys over the past 11 years. Our first one for business and we have upgraded over the years. Each has been stellar and exactly what we needed at the time. I am not a computer tech oruse a computer often other than a word program and some things run by apps. I had a new camera security system installed which was purchased from a great company called BIGSECURITY.com, it was easy to hard wire cameras and LAN connections I needed help installing the app for my IPHONE and Installing the needed program for my computer I called BigSecurity and Scott the person that helped me with the purchase of the DVR and the Hard Drives, that were great prices too, Scott was great installing all the Apps and software not only was he quick but so knowledgeable in doing it, he also explained the process to me. Scott was very patient instructing me how to use the software I will fully recommend Scott and BigSecurity.com to all my friends. Trust means a lot !!! Well worth to check out this company and Scott,

I bought my security system through Big Security, and I’m glad I did! I originally selected them because I wanted a security system that I could install myself and not have a recurring monthly payment. My system isn’t small, so it was quite a large DIY project, but their customer service is exceptional, and they helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

This company is awesome! I’ve had several other security camera systems in past and have always had tons of problems and never able to get assistance from customer service. BigSecurity provided me with a great DVR system at a reasonable price that I can view remotely without any problems. Can’t say the same for all the Lorex products I purchased before I found BigSecurity.Recently installed new router and required help with setting up the remote viewing. Sent an email early in morning and was contacted immediately by a tech named Scott. He was able to get me back up and running in less than 3 minutes!! That kind of service doesn’t exist anywhere else.So happy I found this company and will be lifelong customer. Highly recommend BigSecurity.

I give Big Security, and Scott especially, 6 stars. What a lucky find on the web. Scott recommended replacement cameras for our system, they arrived immediately, and then he worked with us tenaciously until they were compatible with our system. We upgraded our recording device and Scott navigated us through the highly technical process of all cameras and new recorder working together. Thanks so much Scott. We will recommend Big Security, and Scott.

These guys are real pros. They only sell what they are good at. I had a customer with a video system that was hacked due to port forwading issue. Was able to get a system from them to keep the existing cameras going without any changes. ( and no port forwarding) I send them pictures and explained problem they gave me several ways to go. Got my equipment in a few days had a few questions which they responded to within hours. They pointed me to the app I needed to use to see the cameras on cel phone. Quality, Value and Service what more do you need?

Having secret cameras is essential in my home since I have a special needs son. I bought three different cameras for different places in the house. I can't say they all worked perfectly every single time, but that is the point. Their service and willingness to help is better than any online business I have ever used. No product is perfect, but it is doubly bad when you have products that maybe need some tweaking and you can't get good support. I would tell anyone that I can tell you with 100% certainty that Bigsecurity and their staff are second to none and you flat out will not be disappointed with their customer support.

This company has been horrible! I placed an online order then received a text message on my phone that my order was on hold. I responded to the text and requested to stop the texts.I also received an email. I responded to the email also however I continued to receive ongoing text messages stating the same message. I finally got a chance to contact the company to get them to stop the harassing text messages only to be told they couldn’t get them stopped as well as told me that their records show that I was only sent one message.I have received approximately 20+ text messages with the last one at 10:52 pm! I have had to turn off my phone unable to work or get calls/messages from anyone. Unfortunately my phone had no way to block and I have limited text messaging. I wished I had never placed an order! Probably will have to change all my contact information!Ok, I am updating my score and review. They have worked hard to make the situation right and have been successful in doing so. I really appreciate how the situation was handled and impressed with the outcome. Thank You Jason.

I had an issue with an item I purchased. They informed me that the item did not do something that I thought it did. They were able to help me resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner. I am very happy with their customer service! These guys are total pros!

I had a problem with my camera. I was able to talk with Scott, a technician, and he walked me though the steps. Scott knows what he is doing, and was very patient with me. For customer service, this was as good as it gets! I recommend Big Security, and would buy again.
