I originally rated this location, low stars because of a disagreement we had on the rental and I felt dismissed in my complaint. The next day, the manager called and we connected and we worked things out. I appreciated that he took the time to give me two follow-up calls so we could find resolution. Because of this I’m definitely changing my rating.

We rent equipment here all the time. Knowledgeable staff , fair prices, and friendly. I definitely recommend them all the time to people needing to rent equipment. Just remember the earlier you can reserve equipment ahead of time the more likely you are to get what you need when you need it. But even on short notice they have gone out of their way to make sure we get what we need.

We rented a 50’ heavy fork lift. Delivered early, picked up on schedule and price was much better than big corporate stores. Bills Equipment will get all of our future rental needs.

We rented a full size skid loader with a 24" auger and extension. ROCK SOLID outfit here from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was nice, polite, knowledgeable and all about the bottom line. Thank you for making our stressful situation smooth as butter! A+

These guys are amazing!Caught them in a busy time in the morning and they were more than helpful. The manager went out of his way to help walk through in detail how to work equipment and help load it.Great atmosphere for a customer cuant say it enough how awesome these guys are.

This is an update to my original post-Original post-I was raised that if you break something, you replace it, and I live by that motto, but Bill’s Rental are charging me for routine maintenance that should be done on their equipment and telling me that I damaged their equipment.I rented a 6x12, dual axle trailer with a max capacity of 4,000 lbs. I used the trailer for a roll of artificial turf that was 500 lbs. (see picture). After I return the trailer I was told that I caused damage and Damon (Volmer store manager) accused me of wrecking the trailer and trying to cover it up. They send me pictures of the damage and it’s a rusted and broken shackle strap (see picture). Anyone that knows trailers will tell you that these need to be replaced for routine maintenance or need replaced if someone puts too much weight in the trailer. The damage waiver that we pay covers routine maintenance and wear and tear but they are claiming that I caused the damage. There is no other damage to the trailer.I’m questioning this extra bill of $430 that they are hitting me with and Brian (downtown store manager) tells me they are going to send me to collections and that I won’t be able to rent from them again.That’s where I stand now. Still trying to resolve this issue I called back to talk to someone higher than the manager and I’m waiting to hear back from Hunter.Update-After multiple calls to try and resolve this, I get a call from Brian. He said that it was determined that the damage was due to wear and tear and that I do not owe them anything, and that I can rent from them again. While I am relieved that I do not have to deal with collections, I am still not satisfied with the way they handled this situation. They were quick to place blame and were quick to say they were sending me to collections by me just questioning these extra charges. In the end, there was no apology offered for the misunderstanding. This was a very frustrating experience but I learned my lesson and will take my future business elsewhere.

These guys are the best. Especially Issac, Sam, Bryan, Hunter, Anthony Rhett, and Issac who exhibit an excellent, friendly, courteous professionalism that is not typical of most companies or businesses anymore. They really go out of there way to be so helpful.

never again will I be ripped off by this company there web site advertise a concrete grinder for a $100 for 4 hours but they don't tell you it's going to cost $75 for the bits! who rents a grinder without bits? no one and then I was only gone for 2 hours with the machine and got no kind of credit for returning it early there's plenty of other places to rent from so don't get ripped off by this company
