I had a wonderful experience working with BioComp Labs. 5 months ago I discovered I had high levels of toxic metals in my system. Due to the havoc these toxins have created in my body, I felt it was necessary to have all the metals removed from my mouth and found out about this company who provides a very detailed report of dental materials and its levels of sensitivity after doing a blood serum test. I called them with lots of questions and they were wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, caring, helpful and understanding. The report will help identify products that will provide the lease amount of negative issues down the road. They also processed my report a few days faster than normal use for my 1st dental consult. The report I can keep for future reference as well as share with other dental practitioners as needed. Check them out. Like they say "test, don't guess".

If you want prompt meaningful testing backed by attentive informed compassionate customer service before and after purchase, then read about my experience from research to implant selection: Biocomp helped to prevent me from making a large mistake. I was advised by a biologic dentist that he trusted this test to aid him in selecting the best materials for my oral makeover. unfortunately changes in my mouth meant i had to instead seek full arch implants and i could no longer continue with that dentist. I ruled out bulky all on 4 procedure. Through LONG research I found the 3on6 process to be one that best mimics natural teeth. I drove to 3on6 and interviewed the 3on6 people and found that their selection of processes maximized patient outcomes aesthetically and structurally so I was convinced the process was great for me. Before going through with the procedure i found that the 3on6 centers are using biohorizons implants so I approached Biocomp for info on their testing. Chris Gardner answered my email with an email and followed up with a phone call: he provided all the tech and timing info I wanted and he was not at all pushy or salesy: simply imparted knowledge. I thanked him, hung up, and ordered the kit on a Wednesday afternoon. The kit arrived on Friday. Using the Biocomp labs site I was able to find a local anylabtest now office, called and made a Monday appointment. I began a fast at 10 PM Sunday night. Monday at 8am I had a blood draw in the anylabtestnow office and ate at a cafe next door. I returned at 9 am and found my lab test done, my sample packed in a cold pack in the included UPS medical ample envelope. I dropped the envelope to the local UPS office at 11 AM. I emailed Biocomp to let them know UPS had it. They responded with a promise to let me know when it arrived. Tuesday I was notified that Biocomplabs had my sample and my results would be ready Wednesday. Wednesday I received an email with two attachments from Biocomp. The first was a form with a link to a video on how to use the report. The video was an honest effort to present information, however it was not designed by someone who knows how to present information for visual learners so for me it was hard to follow and I am 96% for IQ so i would guess designing a video for impaired visual learners would help things. The second document was a 289 page report specific to me. I sent both docs to my dentist. Often times folks looking for test sensitivity have been cognitively impacted by Mercury, Aluminum, copper and other metals and I am one of them. As a result I had some difficulty integrating so much information into a solid sense of how to proceed because I saw that I am highly sensitive to Biohorizons implants that were planned. I notified the Dentist i would not proceed and he offered me a Zirconium implant option that does not allow for the screwing of the bridge into place. I sent a snippy email to Biocomp letting them know the pile in front of me was hard for someone to make sense of. Within an hour I received a call from the delightfully fun Lab director, Leslie who guided me through the report after she carefully listened to the issues i was facing. Prior to the call I had researched all Zirconium two piece implants that would allow me to screw my final bridges into place: an outcome I wanted. And, so Leslie listened well and helped me to go through the document to decide how to best locate a suitable implant based on my test results. Because of Biocomp I know what I can not use and because of Leslie I now have a solid idea of what steps to take next AND Leslie provided me with an email address to which I could send further questions with the expectation of a return phone call. Before we parted on the phone Leslie was interested in my experience and in learning how the client onboarding process could be improved. Well worth the cost.

Christopher Gardner at bio comp labs has excellent customer service! He has taken the time to answer all of my questions an he really cares about people. I hope an pray that he will continue to get promoted an a continual increase in pay. He deserves it an he works very hard an is patient an kind! I took this test in '94 to see what I was allergic too.Just had a bridge put in and I'm sore and inflamed. Asked the Dr. What he used. Took out my results and there it was ! Highly reactive to Zirconia . I ordered an up to date test kit . I'm telling all myDr's.about this kit .The two CSR rock! Very nice answered all my questions.
