Brutal service - my service person left for the weekend while my car was still being worked on unbeknownst to me. I had to chase down someone else to close everything out. Wasted an extra hour of my day due to a simple lack or communication.Won’t be coming back.

I'm beyond impressed by the service I got here, it was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dealership.I brought my s60 in for service, and my service advisor(danielle) and the tech(brian) were both just incredible.I had an odd issue, and asked if a tech would be willing to teach me something, Brian came out and went above and beyond to figure out the quirky issue, and to teach me how about my car.Danielle did an awesome job communicating with me about the status of my vehicle, and making drop off and pick up super smooth, they even had a loaner ready to go for me already, it was awesome!If you look at my review history, you can find the 1-star review for the last dealer that serviced my car, I'm very picky, and it's not easy to impress me this much.I'll absolutely continue to recommend both volvo and this dealer to my friends and family

Bryn Reynolds was amazing!! He made the process of buying my Volvo smooth as silk, made sure I understood everything and totally attentive to my needs. He will always be my go-to person at Bob Penkhus Volvo.

They were fast and friendly, washed the car and had great communication. Got my 50000 mile check up including fluids, oil, and new wipers just under 350$. FYI They also give a military discount

Car (with warranty) dropped off Tuesday morning, with no returned calls or updates as of Saturday morning. Found out service is closed on the weekend. Was not offered a loaner car. Calling the dealership I was only able to reach the sales manager who might be the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at Volvo- and I have purchased 4, 2 of which were picked up at the factory in Gothenburg. Never again. Unbelievably terrible service.By the way, the copy paste response from the service manager? Yeah I was told that guy retired. Can’t say I blame him. So stop throwing him under the bus- the number gives you the Mazda dealership anyway.Edited to add: They’ve had the car for a WEEK now (mind you this was checked in for an oil change/tire rotation) and still will not return calls!

Worst experience dealing with any mechanical shop ever! They can't even diagnose there own brand of car! I was told that this shop was completely incompetent and my friends were right! I have an intermittent starting problem and they tried starting it a few time never drove it around and then gave up! A complete waste of my time!!!

Recently picked up a 2023 XC40 on lease. Bruce was my sales person and he was great. Very responsive, worked with my budget, and had the vehicle ready for pick up. Jordan in finance mailed me the paperwork overnight for my husband and I to sign as we don’t live in Colorado. I carried the paperwork with me when I picked it up and turned it in. Ja’lyn was the person that did the delivery and explained all of the components of my new vehicle. He made sure my phone was synced with the vehicle and showed me how to use the Volvo app. I drove up from New Mexico to pick up my new car, and I highly recommend this dealership and their staff. Thank you for helping me get my first ever new car!

I've been a loyal customer here for 2 years. It was recently brought to my attention by one of my mechanic friends that my Volvo S60 had an after market air filter. A KNN air filter was in my vehicle, this is a reusable air filter which is not an original Volvo part. This was never brought to my attention. According to Danielle my service advisor they do not clean or have the kit for this type of filter. I am not sure yet if I have been charged for new filters but I plan on reviewing my receipts. I am not a mechanic. I expect top of the line service and knowledge from my vehicles originals manufactures. I feel as though this is regular maintenance that is usually included in an oil change at a certain amount of miles. My mass air flow sensor was at risk of being clogged and no one at your establishment had the knowledge to recognize this. I would highly recommend some training in this department(s). Volvo service department was fantastic. Specifically Danielle Brown who is an awesome service advisor. It did take some time for the repair but there were several factors affecting it outside of Volvos control.

We had driven into town from Virginia and after being here a few days our low tire pressure alert came on. We called to see if they could fit us in and Chris offered to help us out. He checked the tire for leaks and even offered us a car wash. He then noticed we had a crack in our windshield and filled/repaired it for us at no charge. Overall amazing experience, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at Bob Penkhus Volvo today. Our sales person, Jalyn, was extremely knowledgeable, and he answered all of our car and financing questions patiently.

We’ve bought 3 Volvos as a family and this is our second from Bob Penkhus. Our salesman Bruce was kind and good to us, same with Marvin who was the sales manager. They did their best to help make a new car work for us. Our issues started with finance, who really seemed to have no sense of our deal nor much of any sort of human empathy. At times he would be nice and then just entirely change our deal and act like nothing happened. This was frustrating but In the end our frustrations went to Sevan who was understanding, kind and compassionate with us. We love our car and we will be back again. Thanks to the sales and management team. They really were great.

This place sucks. Had $1800 in misdiagnosed parts replaced and the issue wasn't fixed. I fell for the trap unfortunately. Save your money and NEVER go here. They will not respond to your inquiries or emails asking for the general manager to contact you about your issue. "Customer service is their number one priority" unless you have an issue.Please stay away, I should have known better, but hope my review reaches the public to never take your car for service here. Please I beg you.

An update to my 5-star...Why has the service department gone downhill so much? After having my XC90 in there WAY more than I feel like I should have, you would think it would be more like family at this point. Thank freaking goodness we bought the extended warranty or we would have been out a ton of money. ?Now I feel like they don't care, definitely aren't as helpful and all of sudden they don't offer loaners for certain insurances, after having to have one multiple times for weeks at a time.
