I needed to replace the splash shield on the bottom of my car. Aaron was very helpful in ordering it and giving me an estimate of the cost and of the amount of time it would take to replace it. I was notified when it came in. The work was well done. They also did an inspection of my car, topped off the oil and washed the car. I was very pleased.

Brian Dorsey was very professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be serviced on my vehicle and quoted me very accurately what I was looking at for my service. Gave me updates during the process and didn’t try to push other services on me like some other dealerships have done to me in the past (aggressively). Overall, just off of Mr. Dorsey alone, 10/10 for services and professionalism.

Quick check in. Lori was pleasant & helpful. Appreciated the comfortable setting & refreshments available while I waited. Finished within the estimated time I was given.Was a bit shocked at the total price of recommended things I should have done on car. Because we bought the car there, we have always had our service done there. However, $700.+ is a bit prohibited for my budget & may consider other options/ companies for the services suggested.

Bob Penkus Dealership was wonderful to work with. Since I was driving down from Denver, we were able to work out a deal on the phone beforehand. Once I got there, everything went as smoothly as it could have. Great staff! Great additional warranties available. I couldn't be happier with the purchase and would recommend to work with them if possible.

I visited Bob Penkhus looking for a new care after my Jetta broke down. I worked with Rory and Sage and they were both so helpful and accommodating. We visited three time to test drive the car before purchasing, and each time they were incredibly patient and straight forward. They spent so much time with us! Rory went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and communicated with us even outside of work like a friend would. He went beyond his work hours, meeting us outside his normal hours to make sure our needs were met without question. If you go to Bob Penkhus, ask for Rory and Sage!

My experience with Chris at Bob Penkhus Volvo was great. Chris was efficient, kind, and straightforward about my options. I really appreciate the respectful atmosphere and my car was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. The technicians sent a detailed video of all the parts they inspected. I had my headlights cleaned and they look brand new! I’m so impressed.

I had to have tires and breaks replaced recently. The service was outstanding, the best I had at any dealership ever! Lori Stone, the Service Advisor, was extremely helpful in getting things setup. She followed through on everything in a very professional manner. When all was done, they also cleaned my car. Awesome experience! Thank you!

I have been in contact with Justin the last year trying to make the decision to go forward with repairs on an older car. He never pressured me and I feel like gave me kind advice and service. It’s a car I inherited from my mom so it’s very sentimental to me. He informed me right away when he had to keep car a bit longer as promised, but assured me they would do his best to get it back to me as quickly as possible. I will bring this car back in the future should I need repairs. It has a bit of a reputation there since my mom bought it at Heuberger in 1996 and has been serviced there the whole time. 40,000 miles and still runs and looks good.!

Fantastic customer service, period. My car needed to be towed and to my surprise, Bob P had a flatbed to my location within an hour and at no charge! What! Who does that? Communication is top tier (Chris was my guy). Real time consistent updates provided via text and calls, and you even get personalized videos from the mechanic who shows/explains his inspection and repair work. So that’s what truly sets them apart for me.This organization clearly values, prioritizes, and invests in customer service.They should be the example of the standard in customer relations for the service industry at large. If only that was the case…

The sales process was pretty smooth. The only thing was but the time it was complete, the shop was closed and couldn't perform the window tinting I purchased. I've reached out twice about getting this schedule and there's still no perceivable progress on my end.Update: got this all taken care of and am happy with the result.

Robert was terrific. When I called to check on inventory from the website, Bob had been walking out the door and he turned around, went to his computer, gave us details and secured the vehicle for us until we could schedule an appointment the next day. He was a delight.

I had an awesome experience at this dealership. JR took care of me every step of the way. I was able to drive in from. Denver, did my test drive, and signed my papers all within an hour and a half. The Finance Manager was very courteous and informative. I’ll definitely recommend my family and friends to this dealership! I love my new vehicle.

The absolute best experience at the service dept. We were on vacation when the oil light came on so I had to change my plans. Pulled into Bob Penkus and they put us in a free loaner while they checked out the car. It was a minor problem so they changed the oil and replaced a washer that had caused an oil leak. I had my car back within an hour or so. I offered the service writer 20 dollars for taking such good care of us but he refused to take it. I can't remember the young man's name but he was honest, friendly and the ultimate Professional. What a great experience. I give them a 10!

My Mazda needed parts that took a while to come in due to a shortage, but Bob Penkhus dealership provided me a brand new rental until it was done. They also provided a video text explaining what was wrong and were great at communicating throughout the process. I will definitely be using them in the future! Aaron in the service department was incredibly kind and helpful.
