I was at this store for over a hour n a half just for the worker to turn me away after we were already almost finished setting up my line due to a personal problem with another customer. Highly disappointed, very unprofessional & a huge waste of my time !!!!!!! Do better.

Boost does not do ethical bussiness or help existing customers with account concerns. Best advice is to online if you have to go to boost. Elderly, go to a different carrier as the individuals including this store i have dealt with lack American morals.

Horrible, there was only one slow person, the store seemed like a cook, I had to buy the phone at the price he wanted to be able to stay with the same plan that I definitely had a bad experience😡

Love Boost, love the S Academy store, but I can't get ahold of anyone because the phone number listed on Boost doesn't go to Boost, it calls a telemarketer. Wondering what deals are instore only or I can go to any Boost mobile and pick up.

Called about purchasing a phone and said they had multiple. Showed up 15 mins later to the store and showed loyalty offer. All of a sudden they didn’t have inventory of the phone. Terrible store

Rude so-called customer service girl literally cussed at us- the customers. She said in spanish "vayase p*nchi wey" after we grew impatient and said we were leaving after waiting for her supervisor (who was at a limpia appointment) for an entire hour to approve a coupon code for a phone replacement. It is the most incompetent and unprofessional environment I have ever seen. UPDATE: Went to the Murray location after walking out of the Academy location. Two girls were super helpful and got us out of there within 15 minutes. HOWEVER, I overheard them refer to "Alex" as their supervisor, which is the same supervisor who was useless at the first location.
