Boost is the worst company out there lose service often and get this my bill wasn't due until the 25th of January I took them off auto pay and they suspended my service. Also I switched my phone number and the idiots did something wrong so when I text people my old number shows up and when I call them they act dumb worst company out there they make cricket look smart dont ever switch your phone to them waste of money and time

Got the new razr 2024 when I switched. It was having issues with turning off and on by itself. They didn't have any in stock to replace it with. They contacted Motorola to try and fix it. I couldn't go without a phone so I couldn't go the route of Motorola. Once they got a new shipment they replaced it with no questions asked. Held their end of the deal and that's all I ask. I highly recommend this location.

Many issues. The price changed 4 times. Wanted me to pay cashapp or cash. For an xfinity prepaid router and activation that I could have done myself it was 160$. Its supposed to be about 60$. Never got a receipt even when I asked for one. I didn't have time to mess around because I take care of two disabled people. Essentially enjoy your 100$ tip. Still less disappointing than an actual xfinity store.

Went to the store located on Murray to add my own phone to my plan that I’ve had since 2015…where the sales rep was trying to get me to buy a new phone asking all kinds of questions and I let him know I wasn’t going to buy a new phone and to just add mine….then he says “ if it’s “compatible “. And he asked me if I had called and was told it could be.. I said no and wouldn’t you know it…MY phone “isn’t “…Needless to say I left unsatisfied and called Boost and gave them my IMIE and it is…I called the store to ask for the manager and the same person advised he wouldn’t be in until the end of the month… and that’s when I will be changing services.

It was such a pleasure to be attended by an employee named Melissa she was very helpful and so patient with me I’m 72 and people aren’t usually as nice as her I will definitely be coming back and recommending this store!

At the location on Murray. It’s 5:15pm and no one is in the store nor are they answering the phone. Keys just sitting in the door. Waited for over 10 minutes.

I'm standing outside of the Boost Mobile store on Platte and Murray, they aren't supposed to close for 15 more minutes and they have the doors locked and will not answer the phone. I'm looking right at the person that "works" here. Unbelievable!

This place suck. The girls working here are always RUDE, IGNORANT, AND DONT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH BOOST MOBILE. Lastly, this individual is ALWAYS outside talking on the phone. ALWAYS..these small business hire these folks and they don't even help their customers.
