At the location on Murray. It’s 5:15pm and no one is in the store nor are they answering the phone. Keys just sitting in the door. Waited for over 10 minutes.

I'm standing outside of the Boost Mobile store on Platte and Murray, they aren't supposed to close for 15 more minutes and they have the doors locked and will not answer the phone. I'm looking right at the person that "works" here. Unbelievable!

This place suck. The girls working here are always RUDE, IGNORANT, AND DONT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. WILL NEVER EVER DEAL WITH BOOST MOBILE. Lastly, this individual is ALWAYS outside talking on the phone. ALWAYS..these small business hire these folks and they don't even help their customers.

Looks like old habits never die. Just got done reading about the girl who doesn't know how to do her job. Lol 4 months later and she still doesn't know. I've been calling the store for 30+minutes after just being there, but no answer, all because she didn't set my data up and threw away the card that has the ICCID on it.

The girl didn't know how to do ACP. I called in advance to make sure she could and was told she could. She suggested I use Cricket mobile. The store was not stocked and it was in disrepair.

Been there a few times and have always received great support. I understand some people may be upset at the service and leave negative comments. But perhaps should consider how these small business have little no no control over the actual service provided. The intent of their stores is to sell phones, receive payments, and provide cellphone technical support. So, if you are having issues with the actual service reception, it's best to call customer support and see if they may have a solution.
