I bought boots online and they had white stuff on them that I couldn’t scrub off. I brought them in and a really nice lady whose name started with an n scrubbed them until they looked perfect.

I had an issue with the cap toe on my Georgia boots after only 2 months. I sent them back to them for either replacement or fixed 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything. Had to go to Walmart to get work boots to wear in the meantime. Not happy with the product or the customer service

This location is ghetto! The staff, super judgmental and rude! I could feel snoody the vibe the second I walked in.. Then acted put out when I asked if they had the boot I was looking for in the back.. I was told they don't keep any inventory other than what was already on the shelves...

The Boot Barn™ provided an enjoyable shopping experience. The employee, Mary Ann, was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and helpful. She ensured that I obtained the necessary items on my first visit. I would highly recommend this store for purchasing western attire.

You can’t shop here in peace because every 2 mins someone comes by you and stares at you without asking if you need help like your trying to steal. I dropped 450 dollars worth of pants back on the shelve and left. Someone else will get my money who wants to look at people like customers not thieves.

The workers asked me if we needed help at least 4 times, when I finally decided to buy a pair of work boots and use them the next day, the upper clips bent. They refused my return stating any damage to the boots voided the warranty. Next time I'm just using amazon. Why bother

Had to do an exchange on my jeans for a tear that happened the first time I wore them.. I had visited a previous store who was very rude and drove to this one. The staff were very helpful and made the experience super easy. Definitely recommend this store and they have a great selection as well.
