This little sweet shop is in the middle of nowhere but is worth the drive. These caramels are made with a family recipe, and the love behind that recipe comes through in the taste. I brought some home to my husband after vacation, and I think he was ready to move to Colorado just to get these candies regularly. They also carry sauces, cookies, and other treats, so don’t think that this shop is not for you if you don’t like caramels.
An added bonus is the impressive seasonal decor. I wish I was going to be there for Christmas to see what they do with that!
I also loved that this business is a family endeavor. I didn’t get to meet the owner, but her loving friend and uncle were happy to brag about her and all she has done to build this beautiful little business. (Her uncle even matched his flannel to the color palette of the shop. :D)”
