Lived here for ten years, rules used to be enforced such as speeding and loud neighbors, however not anymore.

They won't shut up the dogs that bark all the time they dark up to 11 at night

Other than the fact that they charge way too much for the land to live on when they don't upkeep the property, comma and the loud disrespectful neighbors call disrespectful neighbors, it's been a great place to live
