We went to find a nice Stetson hat, and found a good one with the right fit. The employee was very helpful and knowledgeable. She stayed and helped us for at least 20 minutes, until we found what we really wanted. We will be back!

Great selection but a bit hard to get attention of staff for help. Picked up a pair of awesome boots though.

I’ve found that some of the products, specifically tops, are not very well made and come apart at the seams. Their returns take forever to process (up to 5 days) so be absolutely sure you really, really want the product and if you’ve used a debt card their call and give the authorization number doesn’t work to resolve the issue.

Staff was not friendly or helpful, they appeared to be more concerned about socializing between themselves. No hello or goodbye on our entry into or leaving the store. I've shopped at other Cavender's Stores and that staff was fantastic and helpful, not at the Colorado Springs location.

I needed a new hat and Cavender's came to mind. A local outlet of a national chain should have the best selection. I wasn't wrong, but they did have a shortage of sizes. You see, I have a massive dome. And they didn't have a hat that would fit. Thankfully their webstore did! I ordered it up and waited three days for it to arrive from Amarillo. Of course the shipping store did nothing to protect the hat from damage. Thankfully the shaper at Cavender's Colorado Springs saved the hat.

Went to get my hat reshaped by Mr Logan. It looks better than the day I bought it! The rest of the team was great as well.

Great open to Boot Barn. Very friendly employees and are willing to help. Fair rices and they give a discount to Veterans and 1sr Responders, active or retired. Much respect for this.

The selection there was awesome. The 3 stars is solely based on the service of one of the sales floor ladies there.....So we just wanted to bring my youngest brother there to look around and get him a new hat, we don't really have a lot of stores near where we live like this one, and she definitely made me anxious to get out of the store. Honestly, I was also a bit upset at what her behavior implied about us just looking around. But other than that, my brother was super happy with the hat he bought.

The older lady with her pants tucked into her boots was awesome and very helpful! There were two people in the store and four sales ladies today. I had a pair of jeans that I needed in a different length so I asked a young blonde gal for help she said go to the desk and one of the other ladies can help. She was super busy putting two pairs of jeans back on a rack. I went up front and asked a older silver haired lady for help and she told me if it’s not on the shelf we don’t have it. I said I was looking for help as I didn’t want to tear apart their displays of maybe they, as the employees had a better method for finding something. She shrugged and said it’s what we have and just keep looking. The three of them stood up front while the one older lady with boots and a hat found me and assisted with sizes and suggested fits. That is really the service I came in for. The other two were awful and made me feel like a total nuisance. Had they helped me find the other jeans I would have spent $120 more. Their only saving grace was the one sales lady. When I was set to spend over $500 I expect a basic level of politeness. The owner or manager could easily watch video of my experience on 6-7 at about 12:30-1:15 to see the two employees that I was clearly disturbing by shopping there.

My daughter (s) and husband love to go here to find fashionable options to update their western wear. The store has a great atmosphere, it's clean and on our last visit we were helped by Riley and he was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this store.

I only go by this store to purchase certain items (not clothing or boots). However, I have to say, if you shop Cavender's online, you can find most anything you want regarding western wear, boots, hats and accessories. They have a full range of sizes and styles. In particular, Cavender's has their own brand of western/cowboy boots. I'll give you an example of what I experienced by purchasing on line. I wanted a size 12EE in a pair of full quill ostrich boots. Cavender's brand boots are made in Mexico. They are equally, if not better than cowboy boots made in the USA. Their brand of boots are exceptional, especially the Rafter C Collection. Size 12EE pair that I purchased were on sale at $350 (regular price was $380). Similarly, a pair of Lucchese full quill ostrich boots were $800 (never on sale). I have both pairs. I can tell you the Cavender's Brand Rafter C were manufactured with Premium full quill ostrich leather whereas the Lucchese ostrich leather was sub premium. When considering ostrich leather boots, it's all about what part of the bird the leather was harvested and the quill/follicle pattern. Just because it says Lucchese, Justin, Nocona, Double H, etc., and made in the USA, doesn't mean it's the best. Think about it. Overwhelmingly, most cowboy boots made in the USA are made by leather craftsmen and women either born in Mexico or born in the USA of Mexican descent. They are master leather craftsmen in every sense of the word and put out a great product. If my cowboy boots do not state Made in the USA or Made in Mexico, I do not purchase, period. I have been purchasing and wearing western style clothing, boots, hats and accessories for over 65 years.

Staff was professional and not too pushy. Helped when we needed help and left us alone when we needed to make selections.
