I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. I’m gonna say that this was a substandard sandwich. It just seemed like it wasn’t put together well. The fries were fresh and delicious. That’s why I put two stars.

Took my 5 kids here for lunch to celebrate the end of the school year. I let most of them order for themselves on a budget and the cashier was super kind in offering them options within their budget. Thank you for great service and delicious food!

First of all, my overall experience went well far as the food goes. The only thing I think we had an issue with was the one person telling the cashier not to take any more orders for people with food allergies? We wanted something taken off only. We weren't requesting them to clean the grill, not to have it on the food. I know that the cashier was very friendly and everybody else was as well. It was just that a tiny issue was all. But everything else was phenomenal

Our Family loves going to the BX.... sad to see Charley's is the only place open to eat now on Saturdays. These 2 young adults are the only ones working and busting their tails off. Our lunch was great! I had the opportunity to watch and honestly I feel bad it was constant for them with no breaks or slow time. The line kept getting longer and longer. Good job you 2! I don't know who you are but you both work like Champs. Thank you for your hard work

Worst customer service on Saturdays. Asked the brown haired skinny lady (Didn't get her name) to repeat my order back to me so I could understand her and she would not do so without catching an attitude and talking way too fast for me to understand what I'm about to order. After hearing how this Charleys messes customers orders up Thankfully I DECIDED NOT TO ORDER here and took my business & my money elsewhere!
