This place sucks, and for a couple reasons. Firstly they were advertising "get a large drink and medium coffee for free when you sign up for our rewards program" and I wanted a free drink and coffee, so I signed up. Once I signed up they scanned the barcode and they said "it looks like you only have 35¢ off a drink" what???? They had the signs everywhere around the store and I told the cashier why put the signs up in the first place? He didn't know. That's pretty much false advertising.
The other thing is every time I go here I have to use the stupid AI checkout thing. They are always directing me to it. It's always freaky and stupid. I would like to be checked out by a real person. Also the self checkout is used to prepay for gas, but half the time it doesn't work and I go out to my pump with it not working. They then say something stupid like you can't put the pump in the car before you prepay or something like that. It also likes to deny your cash transaction but gives you weird denominations of cash, I put a 50 in the machine once and it cancelled the transaction so it spit out 9 5$ and 5 1$ bills. I just wanted my 50 back at that point. Every single time I ask to be checked out normally they say "this is the normal way now" I am done with this stupid gas station and won't come to this one anymore. There are a ton of circle k's everywhere, pretty much on every block so it wouldn't be that hard to find another one to go to.

Their pump broke and stopped filling my tank at 63 cents, and put a hold on my card for $101, left with an empty tank and no helpful, friendly service. Most of the tanks were broken, no receipt paper . Do Not go here, awful service and gas station. Save yourself the time and trouble. Oh and the worker giggled and said with a smile have a great day. Seemed to enjoy my frustration on this. Very odd behavior.

I was going on a run and I really had to go to the bathroom. I went in the store to pee like I always do, but when I came in they had changed their policy to having to buy before I use the bathroom. I am very upset about this because I had no money and I really had to go yet they turned me away. I am especially mad since they changed their policy and i was just there a week ago. You will never be getting my services again. You guys have horrible costumer service.

Asked me what I needed, and just completely disregarded what I said and directed me to the self check out which is fine, but I was not able to get the rest of what I needed from behind the counter because dude didn't care enough to have some customer service skills to be able to help me with the simple task of grabbing it and pushing the few buttons on his end so can be on my way home, Instead I have to stop at another place on the way at 3am. what's the point of having someone working if they wont help you with a simple task, seems like a waste of time and money if you ask me

Everyone else is always kind and ready to help me out except for this person, I think her name is Cita. Whenever I walk in the store she’s either on the phone or doing scratch-off tickets, usually while other people are tending to customers. She’s very callous and quick to brush you off. It ruins my store experience anytime she’s there.

They never follow the prices posted. They upsaled some Christmas candy that was labeled much less on the package itself by the vendor and covered the price with stickers to avoid others bringing it up. And their window currently says $6.70 when you buy two packs of Monetgo with your inner circle app but they ring up at $7.75 each and they will not adjust the price even though it clearly shows it on the window.

Car wash was broken, sprayed my car with water & suds then stopped. Went inside to get my money back & had to wait several minutes for any of the 4 employees there to help. They didn't seem to care that their car wash was broken & refunded me cash. Spent $16 to get my car sudsy, don't waste your money here, at least not at the car wash.

The lady at the counter rolled her eyes when asking for a refund and got all pissy when I asked for one because she messed up and charged me double. Manger took forever to come to the counter so I left.
