Store closed with employee inside. Turned lots of people away

Took granddaughter here for war piercing. Very detailed employee who handles the 7 year olds very well. Can make appointments ahead of time. Lots of earrings for the kids to choose from. As with all Claire's it's crowded and small, but full of so much stuff!!

Broken AC and over priced. With that high of profit margins, how can you not take care of your store?
