Cliff changed my watch battery in a timely manner and I had a good price. I will be a repeat customer with him. Thanks again Cliff Bob.

Called the shop to see about changing the battery out on two different watches and what the turn around time would be. He said come on over and I can do them while you wait. Arrived and he did the first one no issue. The second one the back was on extremely tight and said he needed a different tool to get it off and if I could leave and he would call the next day if he could change out or if any issues. As expected, received a call next day with watch being ready! Great, friendly, expedient service and follows through on promises!!! Highly recommend and great value.

Wouldn’t take a timex there much a Rolex or any good watch. Not Rolex certified per Rolex. Spend just a little more and have it done right

Cliff's Watch Repair is a first rate organization. Kip, Cliff's son, runs it now after his father passed away, and I don't know when I've had the pleasure of doing business with such a fine gentlemen. He is patience with me and my recalcitrant Omega Seamaster, which is more trouble than a Hollywood diva. He is extremely fair on his prices and very capable at whatever he undertakes. An accomplished photographer, as well and shares his beautiful pictures with his customers on a large screen in the waiting room. Kip is a prince of a man and I am proud to know him. I don't think we will see his kind again. Warmest regards and much respect, H. Stephen Lewis.

Tucked away on the second floor of a very random old building in a very random location lies a man who knows how to fix a watch with about any movement in it. I bought a vintage watch from the '70s, a Seiko grand quartz, it wasn't working and within no time he had it running. It is a no frills operation and before you throw that old watch away see if he can fix it.

Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Cliffs Watch Repair! I took my mom’s watch in for repair hoping it could be fixed. My mom passed away 2 weeks ago. I was devastated when I went to change the time on her watch, for daylight saving time, and the stem broke. Cliff looked at the watch and saw it was an easy fix and fix it immediately! Could not ask for a better service!

So the truth hurts. I let this man have my Rolex for 3 months. After 3 months he told me my watch wasn't waterproof because my after market diamond bezel wasn't from Rolex....so When I got it back he charged me 3 times what it should have cost and on top of it the rolex wasn't water proof and the parts he used where all generic. I had to take it to my Jeweler in Denver to have it re-waterproofed and all the none rolex part replaced with certified rolex parts(Denver Jeweler told me parts where not certified). In the end the job will cost me now 400$ more then he charged me to fix his garbage work I may need to sue him honestly... DO NOT GO HERE I would take my Casio watch here ...if I owed one.
