The worst medical transportation in town. Very hard schedule rides. Often I have to leave a message that Coach will not respond to. I've left six messages in the last 2 weeks trying to schedule transportation with no reply. I've been left at appointments because coach does not return to pick me up. My advice is to never schedule with coach and report them to the state whenever possible!

Calling in to schedule is an absolute nightmare. They told me schedulers use landlines and spreadsheets instead of the Internet to schedule. It's a complete disaster this way. On top of that, the schedulers are unacceptably rude and unprofessional. The driver picked me up at the wrong area of the apartment complex because no one bothered to get instructions from me about where to pick me up.

Again Coach transport is not listening, I'm a caregiver for a lady and I have to go with her to appointments. First of all they were 30 minutes late we could see the van driving around in circles 3 blocks from us plus they sent a Wheelchair van with no seat for me 3rd time this has happened this company doesn't care or just doesn't listen.

I've been in your Q since 8am this morning \u0026 my call has yet to be answered, it's now3:05pm. So as I've run errands, cleaned house, took shower, made lunch. Using 3 phones right now. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???¿? I've left V.M. NO RESPONSE BACK. I WAS #2 @ 8AM IN Q, THEN WENT TO 7, THEN. 11, NOW 12 IN Q?????? HOW AM I GETTING BUMPED??? It's 5pm \u0026 I'm now # 10 in Q because had to switch phones back on hold.I have been w/ Coach for 4 or 5 years \u0026 refuse to change. There's no other options any way.I was left @ aPT appointment for 3 hours \u0026 rode a bus home after PT. Once again I called yesterday @ 430pm waited for phone to answered @ 6:45pm my call was hung up on.2.5 hours on hold ???YEAH I CALLED @ 7AM ON SEPTEMBER 28 \u0026 ONLY HAD TO WAIT A HALF HOUR FOR SOMEONE TO SCHEDULE MY RIDES. AWESOME

Their drivers are very friendly, but their overall service is worth less than a 1-star rating. My client and I wait for transport for over an hour every time we go to her appointments. They only have one working vehicle that her wheelchair can fit in. Also, each time we are picked up they bring a vehicle that she cannot fit in, and we have to wait there for another one which takes 30 minutes to get there. They also do not care to fix their broken-down vehicles.

First, this review is against a specific driver, Tony, AND NOT the company. While reading this posting know everything is regarding him.Last night, my mother, who uses Coach Transportation to get to and from dialysis three times a week and has been using this company for over four years, had a major problem with Tony. While he was locking in my mom's wheelchair he was very rough about it - not handing her the seatbelt kindly, getting upset because she couldn't tighten it (she is weak from several previous strokes), and being rough with her wheelchair. Once on the road, my mom asked Tony to slow down some because she was starting to feel more nauseous than she already was feeling, he completely ignored her and continued with the fast speed! She also asked if he could move over into the other lane because the road is not as bumpy or rough, again Tony ignored her. Instead he braked super hard when coming to red lights to have the seatbelt cut into her waist, going fast around corners of the road that she felt the wheelchair was unstable, and going fast over bumps in the road that she could feel the wheelchair lift up some off of the floor of the van. At this point, my mother felt she was unsafe in the van and was holding on super tight as she could to the seatbelt.Once Tony got my mom out of the van with her in her wheelchair, he rolled my mom up to the door and started walking away before making sure the wheelchair's brakes were locked (totally against protocol). I saw this and had to stop him from leaving and had to force Tony to wait till the brakes were locked so my mom would not roll away. Once I got my mom inside of the house, she quickly told me what happened, and I ran outside to catch Tony's attention before he drove off.I asked him, "did my mom ask you a few things on the ride home? Like specifically to slow down?" Tony's attitude was like whatever and walked back to the van and drove off.Basically Tony DOES NOT LIKE TO FOLLOW SAFETY DRIVING REQUESTS when it pertains to the client and his or her safety!!!(Fyi… this is the second time Tony has driven my mother and acted this way towards her and myself. I did tell the office what happened the first time (but did not do a review, shame on me). Sadly, I do not feel nothing happened since he repeated his actions again towards my mother and myself.)I again have brought this concern to the company's attention. At this point, my review will remain as is until I see changes regarding Tony or hear something different.

The service was first class. They were always on time and courteous. the dispatcher frank was very polite and respectful and answered all of our questions. the driver was kind and always wore a mask. We will be using them on every trip from now on.My husband and I have had very bad experiences with other transportation services and will not use them again. Will recommend to my friends

My driver, Alex, went above and beyond to deliver stellar service while transporting me back from my doctors appointment. He was accommodating, professional, kind, safe, thorough, and prompt. Thanks for the ride!

The driver stole the wheel chair that was paid for from my mom's Medicare insurance. The owner and employee of the group home did not care to be envolved.

Very unprofessional. Left a massage on there phone on Friday for a Monday ride for my mother in law, the Sunday dispatcher was rude had no idea where the message was. How can you run a business like that!
