I wish another company would open up a different store other than Walmart! I'm so fed up with them I try to place an order 5 times this past two weeks, with orders being almost $100.00 , their website won't let me click on the free delivery? The only time they want me to click on is one where I have to pay for delivery? Why? When if your order is over $35.00 it's suppose to be free shipping? When you try to call! No one helps you or answers your questions Walmart is the worst company out there but I'm forced to use them because no other store lets me use my EBT card on line and have my groceries delivered? Why? I don't drive so I'm stuck and I get credits from my insurance company to use every month and I have to use them only through Walmart? So again I'm stuck this is horrific this stuff is suppose to help us and make our life easier not harder? I'm so mad and they ask for your opinion? Why? When nothing happens ever so don't bother to put your comments on their site because they could care less, they have a lot of customers? So they don't care about one person, me! I hate Walmart with a passion but I'm stuck in prison with walmart I asked for someone to call me last week, I got an email that someone would call me within 48 hours, it's been a week? Do you really think they would call? Hell no they didn't, and I knew that too! Please someone open up a store like Walmart but be a good store with great customer service and then get United healthcare on board! You'll make a lot of money that's who me and millions of others get credits every month that has to be used at Walmart I'm sick , tired and fed up with Walmart, if I drove, i would never shop in Walmart ever again Walmart I hate youPlease someone show Walmart up open another store we can use and you other stores Sprouts Trader Joe's Whole Foods king Soopers Safeway please let us use our EBT cards to order food online and have it delivered! Your loosing out on a lot of money ! Why don't you understand that?

Looks bad, smells bad, sounds bad (loud overhead music blaring) and I couldn't locate 2 of the 6 items I went there for. Only smile I saw was on the face of a trainee.

We put a delivery order together and this store apparently hires people with no attention to detail nor the ability to read. Received email that deli ham was substituted but they ignored that we shopped for 1lb and received less than a half pound. Also, when produce is sold by the lb and they send by the piece--shocking to get your order and find 2 tomatoes instead of 2 pounds!! All of this was unnecessary because I had called before the order was sent and spoke to someone who said they would correct. I'm here to call out the untruthful employee who said they would correct as well as the rude 'backup' manager. Walmart should close this pathetic store. It is, in no way, an asset to the neighborhood. It smells nasty, long check out lines, low stock and rude employees. They seem to forget that consumers have choices--we choose not to shop this store ever again.

I try to avoid Wal-Mart at all costs, but this store is one of the exceptions. I like the Neighborhood variations of Wal-Mart as they are smaller, less crowded, and easier to come and go. Though it is smaller, they have some sections that have items that aren't found in the larger stores. I like their extensive frozen sections too! Their customer service is a hit or miss (a universal Wal-Mart issue), but I enjoy coming to this Wal-Mart for the quick "grab and go" atmosphere.

Walmart is getting worse and worse its starting to feel like I'm entering a communist country everytime I walk into one of these stores its practically impossible to spend cash like actual us currency. So I went to this neighborhood Walmart to get a few money orders one of which was for 1000.00$ and the others were all less than that after the worker had put all the amounts into the computer she asked me for my i.d. to which I asked why she needed my i.d. I wasn't using a debit card to pay for them I was using cash to pay for these money orders I asked why and she stated that it was store policy now for any money orders over 1,000.00$ even though she had already told me that Walmart doesn't do money orders over 1,000.00$. I just dont understand because the customer is the only one that stands to lose anything. I guess it's just another one of Walmart's many short comings I have just been more and more disappointed with Walmart and the way in which they choose to treat its customers. One star because they wont let me rate them any lower.
