I had an issue with my account. There was some suspicious activity and their fraud department were extremely accommodating. They worked well with my boss to rectify the situation... Lindy and the teller were right on point. I have no problem recommending these guys. Very very guest/client oriented. They will make you feel valued.

I am so happy with the service I receive from Donnie in the mortgage department and with Rachael who helped set up our account.I am so pleased with the speed at which they answer calls and questions. Its obvious they are eager to assist their customers. I am always impressed with the professionalism that the team continually demonstrates. They instill confidence and inspire my recommendation to friends and family.

I've been with this bank for 2 decades. Even before it was called Community Banks Of Colorado it was called People's Bank.Be warned that they will not refund fraudulent activity on your debit card. In fact they will protect the people who stole money from your card and not protect you.I will never again use their debit card because they protect thieves and not their own customers.Their policies are ancient and not friendly for people who are loyal to them.Please go somewhere else and you'll get better service and a company that cares about their customers not there thieves.

worst bank EVER!!!!! costumer service is joke. Their call center is the absolute worst. I recommend never using this bank. Horrible people that do not care about any of their customers!!!!

We have just been notified that our mortgage has been sold to BSI Financial. A servicing company that has been sued by the Consumer Financial Protection Board not once but twice and lost both lawsuits and were fined. Additionally they have a negative rating with the BBB. We are so anxious about this transfer and are frankly appalled that CBC would sell to this institution. Why is BSI even allowed to operate with so many lawsuits and poor ratings? A bigger question. We just refinanced so paying again for refi is not an option, nor should it be on us to do that. Shame on CBC for working with BSI Financial. Not a good "community" Additionally CBC's mortgage web services are not intuitive. We cannot see our monthly mortgage statements, only the payments. We are so stressed about this transfer and will now have to worry that our Superior credit rating that we have spent a lifetime building is now in the hands of a company that is very questionable. Shame on CBC!UPDATE: I have lowered my rating due to the following; Upon your comment to call and see what could be done, I did that,. After speaking to several different folks in the line I got to Kailyn who listened to my concern, said she had not heard of the poor issues with SBI (a simple google search) and that she or someone would look into it and cal me back. No one called me back. I had to call again, and get Leslie who pretty much wouldn't transfer me to a supervisor. She also said, not quoting here, too bad. She, not a supervisor, said I could refinance, which of course I just did, and would mean costing me money and how can I be assured the servicing won't get sold again. I guess my next step is the Colorado State Attorney General to see what recourse I may have and to look into CBC for working with such a poorly rated company. Shame Shame Shame. No longer a bank working for their "Community" Isn't the customer who the business works for?

Not military family friendly, the whole bank is a joke. Asking me for 10k for a down payment for VA LOAN. Also “ low credit score “ while you still need to show that you can afford to make monthly payments on the house, you don’t have to have perfect credit or credit history to qualify for a VA LOAN. Also instead of helping me they just send me to another bank that can help me. Kim R and her supervisor have poor communication and not professional at all in my experience with them. The bank had approved me for a loan back in Oct 2, 2020 for 310K and now I received a letter today for Oct 31, 2020 that was declined for 306K. Don’t bother getting a loan with them if your military.

Be nice if you kept deposit slips in the canteen at drive thru so you dont always have to ask for them...having the date on the window was helpful, bring that back.

Kim Rogers is awesome! When we ended up needing to buy a home expectedly on short notice, I knew Kim was who I needed to call. After a few minutes of gathering information, Kim called back 20 minutes later and explained and price range we needed to be in and we were ready to go. Kim kept me up to date at every step and their easy process of uploading documents and e-signature made the whole process quick and painless. When a few last minute things popped up that needed to be addressed, Kim worked with the realtor to make sure that everything was taken care of. If you're looking for a new loan or to refinance, I cannot recommend Kim Rogers and Community Banks of Colorado strongly enough. Awesome experience!
