Was charged for a refill and extra cup when I brought my own drink cups that I had bought at that same 7Eleven/Conoco. I asked why my charge was so expensive and he said I have to charge you for the cup even though I showed him both glasses when I came in. He then took the charge off. I told him I'd been nothing but nice to them and did not understand why he would do that. He said it was his job. I can only assume that management had directed him in that way. I still go in there. It's a nice quick stop on the way to work. They are well stocked. I still get along with the cashier that did that. I'm just not sure why their management would be instructing them to charge people for ice by charging for a cup if that's what the manager said. It doesn't seem right. That is not the American way.

The store isn't very clean and the employees act like they have better things to do than help the customers. Only go here if I have something to get on the way home.
