This is the worst place to live. No issues are handled properly. The people in the office are very misleading when it comes to managing things. However, they are always happy to collect the rent at the beginning of the month. Maintenance work is never completed; it usually takes months for them to come and fix anything. There is always an overflow of trash.

I Went In And Approval Process Went Fairly Well But When Calling The Phone Just Rang and Rang. I Was Approved And Told There Was Only One Day I Could Move In I Couldn’t Move In No Earlier Or Later. When Asking For Deposit and Fee’s I Was Told I’ll Know All Prices The Day I Have To Sign The Lease (Today)And When They Emailed Me It Was Way More Than What It Should’ve Been For A Deposit And “Prorated Rent”. I Emailed Them I’m Not Moving And The Price Is Not Worth The Lack Of Transparency/ Communication. Find Somewhere Else.

Copper Range Apartments is a great place to live. Lots of Amenities and very nice ladies working in the office taking care of your needs. The maintenance crew were great too. Come and visit and tour the place.

Living here was one of the most exhausting and disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I moved in, it felt like the property was neglected. The dumpsters were constantly overflowing not just once or twice, but regularly leaving the entire place looking dirty and uncared for. It’s embarrassing when you have guests over and the first thing they see is trash piling up because no one bothered to address it.
Maintenance was just as frustrating. When something broke, I would put in a request and hope for help, only to be ignored. Days turned into weeks with no response, well beyond the legal timeframe. There were times I felt completely helpless because no matter how many times I reached out, no one seemed to care.
But the worst part was dealing with the management office. Calling them became an emotional rollercoaster phone ringing endlessly, no answers, no callbacks, and on the rare occasions I did reach someone, I was met with rudeness and attitudes that made me feel like I was a problem instead of a paying tenant. It’s emotionally draining when the people who are supposed to help treat you like you’re a burden.
And even after doing everything right on my end, after moving out responsibly, cleaning, following every requirement I STILL have not received my security deposit back. It’s infuriating and disheartening to know that you put trust into a place that cannot even handle the most basic legal obligations. Feeling ignored while your own money is withheld is honestly the final blow that tells you everything you need to know.
I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. If you value respect, communication, and even the smallest sense of professionalism, please look elsewhere. This place left me stressed, frustrated, and completely let down. Tenants deserve better than this.

The ownership has changed mulltiple times and no changes. The amenties are always broken or damaged or never serviced. The trash is overflowing out of dumpsters. It sad to see the decline of this once nice community.

Very unsafe and if you need to get a hold of anyone in the office they are never there nor do they answer emails!!! The management is none existent!!!! Trash everywhere discustin

Seems like it used to be a nice apartment complex. My sister lives here and there are a lot of car break ins. Staff doesn't fix things quickly..

De’ja was so helpful and professional. When I asked her a bunch of questions about the application process, she was so patient. The property itself was very nice & clean! It’s also in a great location!

Do not move here! People steal your packages from your door! If your package was mistaken and put in Someone else parcel they don’t have the nerve to even try to give you your items. Managers and staff don’t even care about you either. Cars get broken into and stolen all the time here and staff won’t even put camera but supposedly have cameras for people who dump trash in there trash cans. Needs new management asap

During income verification my employer mistakenly doubled my annual income. This automatically disqualified me from renting here. The office staff is unwilling to resolve the issue. Four employees and myself have left phone messages, emails and fax correspondences with the office managers in an attempt to fix the error they made but the staff at Copper Range is unwilling to fix it and will not return calls or emails to anyone. They said I will not be able to re-apply for 90 days and do not like my "attitude" so it wont matter anyway.

They allow aggressive dog breeds and dont enforce leash laws. Resident walked his pit bull off leash and it attacked me and my leashed dog sending her to the hospital with stitches, drains, and a cast. The man refused to tell us his or the dogs information. The front office refuses to answer the phone or call me back regarding the matter.
