If you’re into cardio yoga vs zen vinyasa flow type yoga, this is your spot. Rating this place 2 stars for the following reasons:- I did the sculpt class. The horrible EDM music was already SO loud. The instructor wanted to turn it up louder but couldn’t figure it out thank goodness.- I definitely got a workout from the sculpt class, if you go 2-3x per week you would be in great shape!- I’m on the hunt for my yoga studio home in the Springs. It was my first time going last Sunday. My instructor was also the one to check me in, Erica. I wanted to do the free week to give this place a try before committing. When she asked me how I wanted to pay, said I wanted to do the free week. She made me feel like a criminal by saying “sometimes it doesn’t go through (I thought oh no, their system must have trouble at times) if you’ve done the free week already.” No duh it wouldn’t go through if I had done the free week already. She could have just processed my request without saying that, and instead made me feel uncomfortable like I was faking not having done the free week yet or something.- When class was over, as I was walking out of the studio I told her “thank you, the class kicked my butt!” She responded with “yeah, that’s the point.”Erica is bad vibes! She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at CorePower. Nothing could get me to go back there. I can get a solid workout elsewhere without having horrible EDM blasted in my ears and with better vibes. Also, they don’t mop the floors between classes. Gross.

CorePower like all yoga studios is about the teachers. And in my personal opinion Julia Archer is an amazing teacher and anytime you can get in her class I highly recommend it. The CorePower yoga studio is clean and well maintained. The merchandise area is great if you're a woman. As a man who likes yoga as their main exercise I do wish they had more me items for sale.

I love Corepower all year round, but especially at the Holidays. I have been taking fantastic CP2 classes with Colin, who makes yoga even more fun than it already is. Today, my daughter and I took a CoreRestore at Garden of the Gods, and since we were the only ones there, she tailored the whole class to our specific needs. Such a gift!

Great classes, great instructors. I also like that there are classes morning through evening. It’s so nice to be able to go to classes when it works for me.

The studio is clean. The instructors are all well-trained and lead safe classes. Each instructor has a different approach to class, and I like the variety. Yoga Sculpt is a full-body workout, low-impact, with the freedom to adapt for yourself.

Getting back into the groove of doing yoga and this place offers a variety of classes that can help expand your practice and get you sweating (and huffing and puffin too). The facility is clean, they have a very cute section of apparel, and they offer showers in case you want to get a workout before work or whatever you're doing. Lots of different times with cool classes to take with different teachers. My personal favorite teacher is Ros. Go check out one of her classes or other teachers classes.

Sure wish they'd keep the studio quiet for savasana. It's near impossible to remain in savasana due to noise, the door being propped open with a doorstop (so you hear everything from the entry area), the heaters (or some sort of mechanics) clanking on and off, even the yogis are not reminded to be respectful of those remaining in savasana (spraying/cleaning blocks while others are in savasana, really!?). Savasana is the most important position. I will not come back.

Love the Hot Yoga classes! The studio is clean and beautiful. I recently signed up for the Live and On Demand classes and I am so grateful to be able to take a class from anywhere at any time! The instructors are all top notch!

This studio is one of the two places where I did my CPY teacher training. I have practiced at this studio more times than I can count.

I love how consistent the classes are. All teachers encourage the class to work to their ability and then push gently toward improvement. The teachers have really great discipline in their cueing which allows me to get a great workout and a bit of meditation at the same time. I really love the classes that have a general intention, it always helps me think of new things to concentrate and grow within my life. Thanks for all you do!

Im loving my free week! Im hoping to become a part of the SET team so I can continue to practice. Everyone I’ve taken a class with has been super supportive and compassionate. I’ve taken some classes that I felt like I didn’t have the background to take because they fit into my schedule and I was intimidated by my own lack of experience, but the teachers made me feel comfortable and helped me through when I was struggling. My free week is almost over and I’m hoping to continue practicing when it ends
