Interesting food, furniture, clothing, and housewares. Fun to browse. Some bargains can be found while some items are pricey. I was surprised how expensive some decor items were at my latest visit in early March.

Amazing customer service. I had a pickup order and it was out of stock so it got refunded but the next day I got a call from one of their employees Anaee I think and she had found the item I was looking for and put it on hold so I could pick it up. Also the previous day she had looked to make sure they didn’t have any so they have very good customer service and fun products in their store as well.

Tell your cashiers to make sure that all of the scanned items make it into the bag, I spent 14 dollars to have two items left out if the bag, I searched everywhere when I got home….consider me a lost customer. #complacency

I’m a retired and disabled person who is allowed to have SNAP (food stamps) as I live on a very small social security allowance. I wanted to go to World Market and use the SNAP to get a hard to find item. I googled the store and asked under Questions if they accepted that form of payment. The answer was every one of their stores did accept it. I called the store and was told they in fact refuse food stamps as payment. Having gotten 2 opposite answers I called the corporate office and asked them . I was told they did once but decided to restrict their clientele to people who could pay for their food. I hope anyone who has a social conscience keeps this in mind before darkening their doorway. The people with whom I dealt with were pleasant when rejecting my custom.

Autumn and her team were so unhelpful. Their system said they had a product in stock but they told us they didn't want to look for it. Very unorganized and unprofessional. They were all standing around when I asked for a help it's not like they were doing anything

Great place for unique gifts, exotic teas, and different coffee roasts, including whole bean.Candy from Japan, Germany, Australia, Denmark, from all around the world, incl. licorice and Allsorts from the UK.There's a wide selection of imported foreign sodas, canned teas and coffee, "old-fashioned" soda made with real sugar in glass bottles, and many sparkling waters and seltzers you may remember from years ago. I couldn't believe I found several flavors of New York Seltzer and at a very good price, too. There is a huge selection on both coffee and teas. Varity of ways to steep, which includes some very nice ceramic teapots.MANY foreign foods, spices, and best cooking oils, like pure unadulterated California Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Shelves of cookies, wafers, chips, noodles, snacks, including foreign KitKat with unusual flavors.Bottled syrup is found here, in many flavors(!) both regular and sugar-free options. They also sell the pump attachment if that hazelnut syrup needs to be within reach next to your coffee in the morning. They have a nice selection of kitchen gadgets and foreign embossed mason jars, glass bottles, jars with airtight seal, and both glass and ceramic food storage, jugs and vases. They have Asian food bowls, well-made chopsticks, coasters, and coffee mugs. You can buy lamps here, picture frames, things to hang on your wall, (mostly contemporary in my experience,) furniture and pillows, home decor, books, silk flowers, and Christmas ornaments during the holiday season. The furniture and pillows are a bit pricey. However, this store is always well put together and VERY neat, no matter when you visit.I've been shopping here for 10 years. There is ALWAYS an associate at the checkout register, and they hire the nicest people!

Don't buy anything online for instore pickup at this location. They lied and delayed my order for weeks saying the rug wasn't in the store when it was the entire time, and then they lied and said they would cancel the online order after I went to the store to buy it myself, but they never did and they keep putting a pending charge on my account. Extremely incompetent
