Miranda was very rude, made multiples lies about having to walk guests because we arrived at 4:30 in the morning, the night audit hadn’t been run after the desk associate had to change the day and also charge the fee, hung up on me in the middle of a conversation, and was just overall rude. The shower head in the room was awful with little to no water pressure, coffee not available in the room, beds were like sleeping on rocks.Do not recommend staying here at all

I can't speak to the experience of staying at the hotel, since it was my parents who stayed, so I am only writing a review on service.2 days before check-in I called to let the hotel know I was having 2 surprise deliveries arriving and requested those were put in my parents' room for my dad's birthday. I spoke to Miranda. The day of check in, not only was the room ready but the hotel had upgraded them to a king suite. Miranda was at the front desk and let me know discreetly that both deliveries were in the room and they had contributed a bottle of chardonnay on ice.It was a great welcome experience and the hotel (Miranda and other staff) went above and beyond.

Good for a quick stay, older courtyard that has been remodeled. Convenient to restaurants for quick eating, close to I-25, located in a business park area and safe location. Gets the job

Really a terrible experience with this hotel and its management. We booked the hotel largely for the pool, we assumed it was open because a picture of a full/open pool had recently (within the last 2 days) been uploaded by an owner/manager. Come to find out it was completely under construction and nobody was at the front desk to help explain for remedy the situation. Hours later, having now been on the phone with Marriott bonvoy customer service, they decided to open a case. A few days pass and I receive a very kind email from Miranda, the assistant general manager. The email acted like she cared and sympathized for the situation. She brought up compensation as well and sounded like she wanted to make it right. I responded within 30 minutes and have never heard back. I followed up a week later and still not response. Truly a pathetic display of ownership and accountability. Owner/managers do not care about your experience and will deceive you to get you to stay at their hotel. Marriott as a whole is typically extremely integral, but this group clearly doesn’t align themselves with those values/ethics. Would never recommend staying here.

This place is in a horrible location. It is currently under construction and has a very strong chemical smell. Whatever construction they’re doing should be vented with fans. The bed was clean and comfortable. Other than that the rest of it was just a horrible experience. Completely agree with another reviewer who said if they could give it zero stars they would.

Do not stay here. Booked a night all taxes and fees were included in the rate but they bury a parking fee which is not shown until you make the reservation.

This place is a piece of work for sure. Stayed there for one night. Only night that they will ever get from me. Showed up, booked online. They were confused about it... When they got there. Online advertised a hot tub and a pool, none of the above. Breakfast was not an option, the lady that does it quit. Got a hold of the company and 3 days later, we were charged an extra $85 after that. I am more than pissed about this. Barely got sleep to boot due to the idiots thumping music in the parking lot most of the night. If I could give zero stars I would

The only reason this is not getting 1 star, is because all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On the room side, there were underwear left behind from someone else, no hand soap in the room, no extra sheets for pull out bed. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everyone going down the stairs. Also, they charge $10/night for parking.

Customer service was excellent, and the room was clean.

Price was reasonable, however I was 5 seconds away from drying myself off with an unclean and dirty towel (it looked as if someone ran out of TP and used it - was washed and hung back up for the next guest, but clearly not clean).

The hotel's location is excellent for my commute back and forth to Fort Carson. Although the staff is approachable, they never fulfilled my requests. I haven't had room service in the last four days. Considering I only requested assistance once, I believe that's all it should take. I wake up at 4 a.m. every morning, and coffee is part of my morning routine. Since they never brought me any more, I went out and bought a coffee pot, filters, and coffee grounds. Please ask the staff to practice active listening and follow through with their customers' requests.Or explain why they're unable to fulfill our request.

Easy to book with the app, however can't check in with the app. (They aren't using it yet, older system) but no big deal for me cause I prefer dealing with the people ? in person. She was kind friendly and very helpful with my preferences. Rooms are clean beds super comfy and this location is great for eateries and the easy access to the interstate.Nearby activities: We plan to visit the local zoo for a Christmas special only minutes away!

There was blood on our sheets when we turned down the bedding. We told reception and they didn't do anything - no offer of new sheets, discount or anything. It was very much out of character for a Marriott chain; we were completely taken aback by their lack of help of sanitization and health hazards.

Marriott brand properties are usually pretty consistent, but avoid this one! You'd be better off at a Motel 6!1. It took a long time to check in as the receptionist was "on loan".2. There is no access to printing at this supposedly business-oriented hotel. There's no printer available for guest use. They refuse to receive and print a brief email. They cant print from a USB-C drive. They refuse to enable the boarding pass printer to print documents.3. The door lock to my room repeatedly malfunctioned, so I had to get a new key three times in a 2-day stay.4. The breakfast costs extra, but cannot be charged to the room. You must pay separately at breakfast counter. To add insult, the disgusting $14 "avocado toast" contained only trace amounts of avocado on a bed of dried-out kale and overcooked hard boiled eggs with black rings (see photo).5. There's no maid service mid stay. Saving on detergent as well as on toner?Yikes! Stay away!
