“I had some funny business (fraud) going on with my account. I contacted customer care first through phone about the problem. They were able to resolve my issues over the phone. I was then asked could I get into a branch same day to pick up a new card. I did and there is where I was assisted by a banker named Elizabeth! She was very friendly and efficient. Resolved my issues quickly and updated my acct to get up to certain amount back for atm fees! Thank you again Elizabeth for your kindness and help. Also thank you to the whole NF staff, great job!!! This location usually stays pretty busy.”
