Hours are incorrect online and very misleading. It says there open at 9am when I got to the store I had to wait an hour until they open at 10am. Can you please update you're hours. Thank you

I went there to pay money for my friends account( because he don't drive) . That is what I have been doing always, but from different store . The service guy there told me that , I'm not authorized to pay for my friend ..I tried to explain him that , i always have been paying for my friend from other store , he rudely ask me to leave his store and pay from other store .. the man was really too rude .. not a good person as service provider .

Elderly and gullible beware.Scumbag sales guy lied about literally everything. Said you have to buy a new phone or start a new plan to transfer from at&t. Point blank asked him if I can just buy a sim card and add a line to an existing account. He said no, that's not possible. I knew he was lying.Cricket sim cards are $10 bucks at Walmart. And you can add a line to existing accounts online. It's easy.

(Not about locations employee was as helpful as they could be) I hate hate hate this service, not this location. The customer service online and phone customer service are awful. The connection is terrible not worth the money saved. They don't tell you after you pay off the phones that they can't be transferred or unlocked unless you've been using the service for 6 months. I hate this phone company they have no compassion or understanding. Their '5g' is a joke.

Zero is what I want to give cricket!They do not have customer service available on the weekends and no manager in the stores. So when Cricket screws up and shuts off your service when they should Not have, you are screwed until Monday morning!Time to change providers.

The phone I got was the free government sponsored phone and I know other people who got better ones from other companies. By better I mean the phone other companies offer have more memory space.The upside is the customer service is great at this particular site and they helped me through the application process, answered my many questions with patience, understanding, & professionalism, and set up the phone for me before I left.

Upon getting a new Cricket phone, the sales girl, Kandie was more than helpful and happy to help. I am not tech savvy at all. She walked me through everything and was so patient through my frustration!Cricket. Corp., you have a wonderful employee at 3916 N. Academy.

This location frequently is closed outside of posted business hours. Went in tonight at 6:20 pm, closed. Posted closing time, 7pm.

Just went in to ask about different plans and about porting my families phones over to Cricket. I was completely surprised my the kindness, helpfulness and honesty of Jazmine. I wish all cellphone providers had employees like her.

I wouldn't recommend the stores for phone plans. I went to three stores to get the internet on my phone functioning consistently. All three stores only had one person present and they all were incompetent and gave out the wrong advice. One store had a rude lady telling us some ridiculous reason. Because of this, my wife and I went with a different plan with a different company.If I were a manager, I would train the hired employee with intensity. Extremely unhappy.
