My wife and I trained with Lawrence while staying in Colorado Springs for 3 months. We were sad when we moved out of the area as he had become a real friend in addition to a great coach. I highly, highly recommend joining this gym and pursuing personal training with Lawrence. His knowledge, ability, and attitude were top class. We learned so much about lifting technique, fitness strategy, and just enjoyed his company. We'll be sure to pop into Controlled Chaos any time we're back in town!

It took some encouragement from a friend Laura , who is also a coach here to try this place out! After a month of doing my on ramp with the one of co owner’s Lawerence, I officially signed the dotted line to join the best of the best!! The beginning journey has been tough, but I’m ready to see where it takes me! ??

I joined CrossFit Controlled Chaos this past spring and have really enjoyed everything about this gym! They have an excellent coaching staff, a very welcoming community environment, and great programming! As a local physical therapist, I have been impressed with the coaching staff's ability to scale appropriately for their clients. This gym also offers 1:1 personal training as well as small group sessions, which is great to work on skills in a smaller more individualized environment. I would 100% recommend this gym! Since joining my strength has greatly improved!

I have been a member here for four years and this gym only gets better and better. The coaching staff is always there for their members and help when any accommodations are needed for a skill. They freely give their time after class to help you become a better athlete. The new ownership has been detail oriented and are always looking for suggestions and also implementing them when possible. It is a true community!

When we moved to Colorado Springs a little over a year ago, I was overwhelmed with the amount of CrossFit Gyms in the area. After researching online, I decided to do the 3 day trial at CCC and I’ve never looked back. The coaches are great. The community is amazing. I feel like I’m part of a family here. Would absolutely recommend dropping in and seeing for yourself! The beauty of CrossFit is everything is scalable and they will meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey. Wether you’re a newbie, or been cross-fitting for years, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed. -Kylee Duke

Lawrence is, unequivocally, the best coach I have ever worked with. He goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help you achieve the next version of yourself! I joined CrossFit Controlled Chaos this fall, and I can say hands down one of the best facilities (with great coaches) I have ever worked out at! Most of my sessions are 1:1 with Lawrence. My goal is to reduce my body fat and get a toned ab. In about 2 weeks, I lost 6.6% body fat and gained 3.4lbs of muscle mass. I have attached my InBody Analysis as evidence. I still have a ways to go. But to me, CrossFit, and the motivation that Lawrence has brought to me – has become a lifestyle. Although I have three 1:1 sessions with Lawrence in a week, I have not missed a day of working-out, since I have joined this gym.As a Coach and a Great Teacher – Lawrence’s professionalism, patience for ‘new kid on the CrossFit block’, in-depth advice around Macros, dedicating extra time after the workout to advise on EPOC/science behind Zone 2/3/4 workout etc., amping up the daily exercise volume and quality to show you the next version of yourself – is ADMIRABLE! Every day, I leave the gym feeling accomplished of my lifestyle and with a grateful heart for the coaching. What really raises the bar is – Lawrence has tried the Macros and exercise combinations as an experiment on his own lifestyle – so you will be learning firsthand from a Coach who is “data -focused”, “execution-oriented” and a “bar-raiser”. You wouldn’t find this world-class coach everywhere. Grateful, just grateful for Lawrence and this facility! RESPECT!

I have been working with Lawrence since 2017 on nutrition and weight management. After have two pregnancies back to back and moving away from the gym I was at the heaviest I have ever been. After two years I reconnected with Lawrence at the gym and he motivated me especially when I was bingeing on doughnuts and pizza to start to take more responsibility in myself. I am extremely thankful to Lawrence for always motivating me and keeping me on track. Since I started going back to Lawrence I have lost more than I could ever do on my own. I would/have recommended him to my friends, family, and work buddies. The patience and knowledge he has is unmatched.

Been coming here for 2 months. I had experience with sports my whole life but next to zero lifting experience. From day one the coaches were welcoming and made sure my form was good on the various lifts. Encouraging every improvement and adjusting what needed to be adjusted before adding weight.I was intimidated at first but the welcoming and encouraging atmosphere of staff and cross fitters make one feel welcome. No matter where you are in life you are welcome! Every workout can be tailored to your needs and the coaches will never push you more than what is safe and what you are comfortable with.If you have ever even been slightly interested in CrossFit you should absolutely try the 2 free sessions and decide for yourself!

I visit this gym once a week typically for the last 6 months and I love it. I purchase a punch pass. Everyone is welcoming and it’s fun being social and getting a good workout!

I have been going here for the last 7 months since my old gym shut down. I absolutely love coming here to workout. Everyone is so friendly, and the space is really clean, open, and functional. I was a bit intimidated by CrossFit upon first coming in, but I did 4 private sessions with Lawrence before joining group classes, and he did such a great job of preparing and teaching me. I feel really competent each class as the coaches break everything down incredibly well. They are very open and approachable for questions. I love these workouts and this new gym experience.

Loved dropping in here. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Would highly recommend dropping in if you're in the area. They have lots of open gym options if you follow your own programming along with lots of group classes. You won't be disappointed
