Man looking for another gym but after looking at these reviews I'm just not about to give these people my credit card number.

If you’re looking for classes, there are many to choose from during the day and evening daily. The gym has a lot of equipment to work out on. Check it out!

I love the Zumba instructor on Thursdays Nights, her name is Balvina. After doing two classes with her, I went ahead and sign up for a membership after a bad experience I had with the south crunch facility. But everyone seem friendly and on one page compare to the south one. If you love Zumba try her Thursdays evening class!

The pool is well maintained and that is all I use. However, they insist on piping in their abominal choice of "music" into the locker room. It sounds like angry young men throwing up into the microphone playing 2 notes on the bass. They could cut the sound into the locker room but they refuse. No one uses the piped in music to work out by in the locker room. No one uses piped in music while they work out. 100% of patrons listen to their own choice of music with headphones. Thankfully there is no sound in the pool.I like that members are able to bring a guest at no extra charge. If only they had pleasant sounds coming out of the speakers the place would be great. I like that it is not too crowded.

Very nice staff, helping an out of town visitor be oriented. So grateful I choose this location!

The guy at the front desk wanted me to pay $99 a year to use the pool with my Silver Sneakers membership.I can use the pool for free at Life Time using Silver Sneakers. Life Time is a far nicer club with far more equipment. And based on the other reviews, there’s no way I’m giving these guys my credit card number.Sorry guys, but you’re just not competitive.

I got warned from management from being too friendly and socializing too much. Do not come here this place is toxic. Spend your money elsewhere.

Beware - they sign you up for a contract that they do not show you, charge you fees they do not disclose and when you try to challenge the accuracy, they claim they cannot refund the bogus fees. When I signed up in 2023 for the top tier membership, I was told I could downgrade at any time - this was false - when I requested to downgrade, I was told I'd have to sign a whole new contract and pay excessive fees so I waited until my membership expired. On the first day of my last month, I "signed" (never seeing the contract or putting in my signature) a new Month-to-Month contract and I was charged $52.49 signup fees - $37.50 for enrollment + $14.99 first month dues. After reviewing the contract emailed to me, I noticed the start date was a month too early, I was being charged an additional $49.99 annual fee (after I had just paid it 2 months earlier) and charged $2/mo processing fee that was not disclosed. When I confronted the manager about these items, he refused to change them and I cancelled the new contract but he refused to refund me the signup fees stating that they were "downgrade fees". I've emailed him all my history and again requested a refund of the bogus "downgrade fees" and have not received a response. I will dispute the CC charges and file a BBB complaint if this is not resolved within 10 business days. Reviews show similar issues with this location - go somewhere else!

I was told I could do a month trial with no renewal. I decided to not continue my membership and I noticed a charge in my account for the membership. The manager Wes incorrectly set up my account and the whole sign up process was a mess. So when I saw the second charge today I immediately called. I spoke to Wes again and he refused to refund my money even though I was told it would not renew. I am happy he at least canceled my membership! The classes are good the management and gym are not. If you are looking for a gym that will not charge you secretly and lie, this is not it. I don’t normally write reviews, but I do not want anyone else to deal with that I did. Do not come here!

STAY AWAY! I have been trying to cancel my membership since January & they refuse to return calls or email messages yet they can continue to charge me. I am outside the membership contract & now month to month. I had to close my bank account just to stop the recurring charges! This has been the absolute worst experience! I have reached out to the State of Colorado Attorney General Department of Consumer Affairs & the BBB for assistance. How ridiculous is it that I have to go to this extent to cancel! All I can say is unless you enjoy the absolute worst customer service, stay far away from Crunch Fitness North Colorado Springs!

I requested my policy be canceled when I moved OUT OF STATE. They lied and said it would be cancelled in 24 hours. Charged me monthly for four months and then sent me to collections for my 8.99 monthly payment i listed them as fraud transactionswith my CC.. Long story short when I confronted Chris about it he said he would "take care if it" CHRIS then charged my card on file 99$ + 8.99 membership renewal and didnt tell me until after. I guess THEFT BY DECEPTION is thier business model. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GIVING THEM ANY PAYMENT INFO as they will scam you and lie about it.

I’m be been a member of Crunch for a little over a year now. Today I check in and go to the locker room to change. The employee erroneously charged me for a drink when he didn’t make sure the gentleman behind me scanned their membership for theirs. No problem. I got notified of the charge and went to let them know they charged me instead and asked for a refund. The assistant manager Wes was called over to assist and told the employee he needed to go find the other guy who was purchasing the drink. I continually asked Wes for my refund since I wasn’t involved in this and I was the one erroneously charged. Wes told me I need to wait and that the best he can do is give me a drink or something. Wes finally gave in after accusing me of disrespecting him, grabbed cash out the drawer and through it at me. Afterwards he proceeded to follow me down the hall and get in my face. Customer service from this “manager” is garbage. You don’t treat your customers like this.

I was trying to refrain from leaving a review but once again I’ve gotten wrongfully charged. I canceled my membership due to their lack of support when it comes to being over charged. I randomly got charged today for a random amount that doesn’t match any of their fees. I don’t get how hard it is to charge the right amount. So now I have to get a new card and change all of my banking information because this gym cannot be professional. It is not my bank (as the ‘manager’ says) it is your non professional establishment that can’t correctly bill anyone.
