This was nice, having it long time ago, now they’re brokers, no reliability, no accountability, their adjuster lied through her teeth to give the run around and not pay. They get tangled on their lies and leave the costumers stranded paying the bill. If you have rental coverage good luck, if the rental company doesn’t want to honor their contract they just justify it by saying change your policy for a higher coverage… right? More $$$ ? For a mediocre coverage?

Disorganized! You have to do everything yourself & stay after claims person. Terrible service, even though accident was not my fault.

This is our first time filing a claim for auto. We were taken aback by CSAA's treatment of loyal customers like ourselves. The phone system sucks, there's no way to reply to emails because they're all DONOTREPLY, and generally, communication is limited and lacking in every way. Here are some of our observations:CSAA's decision to not allow claimants to reach their adjusters, without calling a general phone line, that doesn't allow for extensions to be entered, and requires a 25-35 minute wait at every call could discourage us from remaining a customer. We can't reach you in any way since we have no direct phone or email. The one time you did call us, and were persuaded to provide your direct email address, did not help, since you've never answered any of our emails. We are VERY displeased with the choices we have in regards to caring for our car. The second time we called, the phone was answered by Graham, who set expectations for CSAA creating an appointment with the Dealership, and arranging with them to understand the service requirements. After we called again to check status, we discovered that no such help is provided. A week has been wasted without any communication from you. Had expectations been set correctly from the beginning, we could have made an appointment that would have saved us two weeks. Our Prius has 2 batteries, which are both likely to die due to extensive wait time both for appointment with dealership, and for wait time to receive a replacement catalytic converter. The wait time will likely be much longer than a month, yet CSAA only covers a month of car rental. There was no attempt to expedite the repair process in recognition of this limit. Therefore, we'll likely have to rent the car for much longer than a month. Also, likely, we'll have additional expenses due to battery failures.CSAA works only with one company in our area and they are booked for another month and a half. Not having more companies to work with, especially in light of the catalytic converter theft epidemic, is abysmal. It shows that CSAA is not paying attention to their customer's needs. We feel helpless in taking care of our burgled, damaged car. We feel that there was no support for our real needs from our insurance company. We feel that you have not done your job in being there for us in our time of need.

never use this insurance. Discounts are constantly being dropped and when you call up about it they never refund the full amount. A prime example is the paperless discount (complete scam). You have to opt into the paperless discount and yet even if you don't you will never receive a paper bill. Also funds will be automatically withdrawn to pay your policy not including said paperless discount. Customer service has a tendency to transfer to the wrong departments which leads to longer wait times. Multiple usernames and passwords are required just to view any aspect of your policy. Would Never Recommend

Terrible insurance. They're good at semantics. Even covered losses are denied. The lazy adjusters don' t even come out to look at your damage. I'm in the process of starting a lawsuit against them. Anyone with a bad experience, please file a formal complaint with your state insurance commissioner.

I was in an accident in February and my claims adjuster has NEVER returned my phone call. Tamika Sonnier. Worst customer service of my life. I don’t know how she still has a job.

Be careful. They will charge you automatically weeks before your policy expires. Then, after you’ve switched carriers, they have no sense of urgency to return your money back to you for the amount they should not have automatically deducted in the first place. This is a horrific company to deal with that consists of folks in call centers who could not care less about the customers. Stay away.

Un professionalisms!Angel was non responsive and he is so rude in his way of dealing with my telephone call asking him a question and disconnect the line.I highly do not recommend them, I ask him about an accident report Issued by him which is totally unclear to Copart and Copart give fake information to the buyers as the car is rebuildable based on that report!

i cannot say that they are the most organized and i at the moment i can only recall the one adjuster i worked with last year, but at the end of the day i thought they handled my claim professionally and i was satisfied with the outcome. I had to submit some documentation to support my position that i should have been paid more but they handled it. My purpose in writing this review is not to debate the negative experiences of others, but to say that with companies our mileage may vary.
