Just a tad bit confusing location to get into but not that bad. Large lot to back into docks once you get there (GPS WILL NOT BRING YOU TO THE WAREHOUSE, you’ll need to maneuver to the docks via google maps satellite view). Ring buzzer next to door to notify shipping/receiving of your arrival. I got there right as they opened and the secretary wasn’t at the desk yet so I just stood there like a lump on a log. I asked several people who I need to talk to and they literally ONLY know their own particular job in their particular corner and probably not even aware that there is a shipping/receiving area let alone DOCKS for trucks ??? talk about being a cog in the industry. Once you press the buzzer someone magically appears ???♂️

Current messed up my checking account number on my checks, but would not replace them at no charge. I've had this account & known this number by heart since the mid 1980's.

Ordered Christmas things off Walmart through them as a third party vendor. Here is is toward the end of February. They never sent them, couldn't pull up my order number, took no responsibility, and as a company are terrible. Don't order from them. Their customer service is a joke. They also charge too much and I've read in other reviews the quality is bad. Avoid this company. They are probably a scam company. Keep my 5 bucks. This is more fun. I hope you loose at least 5 dollars in sales. I can be petty too.

Current Catalog has the nicest and cutest Christmas wrapping paper. They have hard to find true meaning of Christmas wrapping paper, the nativity. I wish they had a better selection for birthdays and other occasions.

Bait and Switch tactics--picked out some labels I wanted personalized...orginally wanted a stamper...but the shipping fee went up with that purchase so I said, I'll buy some Xmas return labels that there is no great demand for in June. So, I figured the $2.99 handling charge plus the $8.99 shipping fee was MY contribution to the slow economy and for keeping businesses in the US (where they belong). Lot of good that did me. All of a sudden, it went from $3.29 to $8.99. After talking two customer service agents, I asked for the supervisor...10 minutes later, he came on. I explained the situation, asked if there was a time change on the price, told him the price, said I bought items on occasion for 25 years, wanted to keep business in the US. For the lousy loss to him (which we all know is NO LOSS), they lost out on my future purchases--and from the bad reviews it seems I am not alone--along with me wasting time waiting for the various agents, blah blah blah, I informed him that it was illegal what they did--it's called a 'bait and switch' tactic and told him I was going to tell all about what transpired. You may do what you want with this information. I had planned on having a relaxing day, but thanks to this nit-wit company, I had to go and review it. I don't mindlessly want to trash companies, but this company I feel deserves it and for an honest review, someone will benefit from not wasting all their time to keep a low life company in business. Thanks.

Decent products sometimes. Many service gaps. A lot of complaints on Better Business Bureau website.Tricky to deal with over errors. Recommend selecting a source that is more dependable and that has greater ethics in customer service.

Just received my products from Current. What a disappointment. Was supposed to be a Mothers Day present, but how embarrassing to give your mother these little itty bitty grocery list pads that are hardly bigger than a post it note pad. And the cost for these little itty bitty pads, holy cow. Will not ever shop at Current again. What a waste.
