It'd be really nice if the pharmacist cared enough to help you figure things out but they don't have two minutes for you

This CVS pharmacy on 3475 North Academy Blvd. should be shut down. It provides poor service and does not honor online scheduling of vaccines. The pharmacy personnel do not have the proper training and the Pharmacy manager is beyond rude. Their computer systems are very poorly maintained and often give misininformation. After two years of being a consistent Customer, I will no longer use this pharmacy for my medication needs.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Rudest staff I have ever encountered. Canceled my rx and won't be back.

I have had 2 bad experiences at this location 3475 n academy Blvd in Colorado Springs. the most recent was 2/2/23. After having oral surgery and bone grafting my doctor wrote a script for hydro codone 6 pills. So I dropped the prescription off with a numb mouth. I was told it would be several hours. When I asked if there was anyway to speed it up at all, as my novocaine was starting to wear off I was told they were incredibly busy and I could not get anything any faster. After I commented that no one was in the store at the counter or waiting area the window was closed and within 30 seconds, the pharmacist opened the window and rudely stated that it was now 4 hours and I would not be getting it sooner. So I went home and sat in pain for 2 hours waiting for her 5 pm timeline. Script was dropped off at 1 pm. At 4:45 my wife returned and when she asked she was told by the same pharmacist, rudely that she has told me 5 and it wasn't happening a minute before that. Wow! Ok so my wife waits, and watches the pharmacist doing everything but filling prescriptions. She counted 5 phone calls answered Service provided at the drive thru. It's now been over 4.5 hours (to get 6 pills) with zero sympathy from this rude pharmacist. Roxana Joseph. This delay was Purely spite! for the complaint I raised earlier about the Novocain wearing off and being in pain and having to wait hours. I was a loyal cvs customer as my insurance discounts my costs for using CVS. I will be paying more for my scripts at Walgreens in the future. I am extremely disappointed in the non sympathetic actions and the spiteful retaliation by purposely delaying an urgently needed prescription by this Pharmacist Roxana Joseph. I understand a busy situation with an obvious lack of employees but that cannot excuse this behavior. Do better CVS. I urge CVS corporate to review all of the video footage from today at that location in the pharmacy. It it certainly not the way to operate any business Sadly disappointing experience that will not be repeated by my family. I will complain to the insurance company as well for the lack of respect they show to their customers as well.

A good place to get supplies when in Colorado Springs, Colorado CVS was formerly known as Consumer Value Store (hence the current name) from 1963 to 1969. It was founded in Lowell, Massachusetts, and is currently headquartered in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. It is listed as one of the largest pharmacy chains in the United States boasting over 9600 stores. This particular store was located on the corner of N Carefree and N Academy boulevard. It has most of the parking spots on the north and west sides of the store with additional parking lots for the buildings nearby. The store was well lighted inside the store. It was clean and well-stocked. I needed to pick up some toiletries for a trip I was on. They had plenty of options. Their prices were a little more than a Walmart but reasonable and available. Their sections and shelves were well-marked and easy to find items quickly. Checkout was Automated and involved scanning your items and paying by your choice of currency. There was staff available but I did not interact with them during this visit. Overall, I had a pleasant stop and consider this a good store to stop at if you need to get supplies in the area.

Currently waiting for 45 minutes for a prescription that CVS received over 48 hours ago and was not filled. I have experienced multiple issues with this pharmacy for a long time, including refilling medications without requests for medications not on auto refill. Not recommended

The manager of this store is a beligerent individual. Long story short I attempted to return a $35 cvs humidifier that I bought 3 weeks prior at another store. I could not return because I had not purchased at her store & she said she could not put her family at risk by doing this. She said it wasn't her charge off. I asked her what I was to do, her reply was nothing, then told me to leave the store. Now this is a chain store but don't understand why I can't return it. Just plain horrible customer service. Stay away,

I'm so done with this pharmacy. I can't get them to do anything that seems to be a basic requirement of their jobs. My doctor called in four prescriptions last Monday. It's taken a week and dozens of phone calls and I still haven't managed to get them all filled. I spoke with my doctors office again today, and they took care of the prior authorizations that CVS did nothing with for the first 3 days they had them. Never mind two of these medications are specifically dealing with my mental health, so yanno! TAKE YOUR DAMN TIME. Then I call them today to tell them that this prescription should be good to go, I just got off the phone with the doctor. That the doctor told me that CVS needed to fill out some drug usage report or something like that. It's a whole damn shock to hear him tell me he doesn't know what I'm talking about. So that leaves me needing to make more phone calls. I asked him if I could call the doctors office with him on the line. He says he doesn't have time for that, they're so very busy! But he has time to argue with me about the situation and they seem to waste a lot of time by not knowing how to do their job. If they're out of stock on a prescription you take, they'll find out THE DAY you're supposed to get your fill, then tell you it's going to be days before they can get it in. HOW TF DO YOU DO YOUR ORDERS?? I worked in retail and I've never seen anything this chaotic and inept. I don't blame most of the pharmacists, for the most part, but whoever is managing this pharmacy is failing. It takes 20 minutes for them to answer the phone at times. Nothing can be communicated quickly or effectively. I'm switching to King Soopers, because I can't do this every month. And it's literally EVERY MONTH.

These guys are horrible. Dropped off a prescription and was told 30-45 minutes and it would be ready. I came back to the store 2 hours later and it still wasn't ready. Dealing with health issues is tough, but when the pharmacy you deal with couldn't care less, you are put into a terrible position. You would think that these folks would care more for their customers. I will take my business somewhere that cares!! These idiots DO NOT GIVE A CRAP!!!!

Not a reliable pharmacy. Staff didn't show up on time to open pharmacy at 8 am. Sadly when I pulled up in the drive thru there was a hand written note taped to the window apologizing for closing early. So staff doesn't show up on time and quits early. No one had the courtesy to answer the phone (over 10 minutes on hold) when I called to inquire when they would actually open. When I entered the store an employee kindly told me the pharmacist had not made it into work yet. My biggest concern is that he explained that there was "another accident on 25". So again the only take away is that the unwillingness to show up on time is routine for this staff. Very sad. I hope there is a leader somewhere and they start paying attention.
