Not sure why there's so many bad reviews here! I've been going to this location for 4 years, and have a great experience, even with the specialty pharmacy! This location no is always clean and quiet. The line for the pharmacy can be long sometimes, but they're great at getting folks their medicine within a reasonable time frame. I got a flu shot here once, scheduled it online and filled out my paperwork online. With doing that, I was in and out in under 5 minutes. I left before my appointment time, which never happens anywhere!

This CVS has been my primary pharmacy for about a year and a half. Working with this particular pharmacy, has been frustrating to say the least. But I noticed a change in the last few months, the team is stepping up to the plate, I’m see more staff during busy times, my prescriptions are being filled faster and I felt seen as a person with needs during my last few visits. No one is perfect but when efforts are made to be better it illuminates character. It’s lovely to see the team of this CVS do what it takes to care for their community.

The pharmacy can’t seem to communicate with doctors or each other. Every month it’s the same problem. Even though the prescription hasn’t changed. I have to make multiple calls to both my provider and the pharmacy just to get my refills for a non abuse able non narcotic mood stabilizer. The customer service is horrible and I’ve been left on hold for over an hour multiple times. If I could give them negative stars I would. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with period point blank.

I called to have a prescription transferred to be filled at their pharmacy from another CVS in town that was out of my medication. They then decided to lie to me about their ability to transfer the medication even though they had it in stock, they told me that it would be illegal for them to transfer the prescription and when I called my previous pharmacist to confirm this at another CVS he said they were lying. So I called back and confronted them at which point they hung up on me. I was able to reach out to another CVS with my medication in stock and they filled it with zero problems. If you can go anywhere else then go somewhere else. I would rather get my prescriptions from a guy in a dark alley than deal with this pharmacy ever again.

Don't waist your time it's closed for lunch they have temporary hrs don't go by what's online, it's always something they don't have staffing or shots and vaccination takes president. The 2.3 reviews is earned. You will definitely have to make several trips. 6 prescriptions filled not one was complete or on time.

I have no idea how this place has such a bad rating. I was expecting it to be sketchy and awful based on the reviews (it was on my way home though, so I figured it'd work in a pinch) but it was so nice. The store is feels new inside, clean, and the service was awesome. I'm seriously going to start having my prescriptions sent here.

We had an appointment set at 3 for a flu shot. Arrived promptly and checked it. After 15 minutes the pharmacist finally acknowledged us and said he'd be with us shortly. After about another 15 minutes he said he was busy in the computer and we'd have to continue waiting. We've both taken off work to be here and he couldn't care less about our time.

Terrible people. First they say they can fill a prescription. Then they say they cant when you arrive to pick it up. The children working at the counter don't understand how health insurance works well enough to know what prescriptions can be filled and which can't. I don't have this problem at other CVS pharmacys so I'm switching.On another occasion I called ahead of time and they said they didn't have any prescriptions to fill. After questioning this they then said, oh I see three. Before I could tell the individual that not all three could be filled in my case they hung up the phone on the conversation.Robots would work better in this case. I don't think more staff will help as there is a high turnover at this location. Seems like a corporate and management problem.

I'm not sure why this has happened again.I go to CVS Pharmacy, they tell me they can't find my order for the prescription.I call the doctors office to confirm the order.They tell me the CVS accepted the offer at 2:30pm.The earliest I could get there was about 6pm.I recognize the young lady who works there.She helps me find the order. Says she will call me.Thank you.But I'm not sure why the order was not accepted and I'm just curious if anyone knows Who is at fault here?If me for showing up late(r), then I accept.The first time this happened that my order was sent but not accepted was at Walgreens On Chelton, back in Feb.They close on 30 min, I hope CVS pharmacy is able to fill this order. I am in pain.

My prescription bottle was accidentally destroyed, so didn't have the #. Tried to call in and they left me on hold for 48 minutes at 9:30am on a Saturday. They often cannot find my prescriptions in their computer and their mobile/text service never works. They mess up the (confimed) dates for vaccinations. Their prices (non-prescription) are 30% more than Target or Walmart and no one is ever available at the front if I have a return or an issue. Sorry CVS - I can't support you any longer.

Unfortunately, nothing but bad experience with this pharmacy. They never answer the phone and there is not way to leave a message. There could be 5-6 people busy stuffing meds into paper bags while only one person at the counter serving a line of 12-15 people. We also found that they overcharge and replace medications to generics without letting us know about the change. We tried and gave up - now we are done with them.

When I went into the Cvs Pharmacy they couldn't get my insurance straight for three months! Even though I gave them my new insurance card! They keep, Calling my old Doctor for refills. When I told,Them my new Doctors location. My primary care would have to call 3 to 4 times to have them fill my prescription. Because,They would get it wrong every time! If you're a customer at this pharmacy on Platte and Circle, I would go somewhere else!

Released from the hospital on a Thursday today is Sunday!!!!! prescription for Iron on backorder. My diabetic tools and meds "ON HOLD"...Miraculously they be ready with in the hour! Had I been able to get through on the phone, THURSDAY FRIDAY SATURDAY NOW SUNDAY. But nooooo I'm on hold for no less than 2 hrs each day! How about a call back system? Hell, my cable co. will call me back when it's my turn. as part of the medical community we as patients rely on our pharmacy to get us what we need in a timely manner. Pharmacy manager BRIAN needs to not blame his his short staffed dept! I've only been at this pharmacy for about 3 months I'll be taking my business elsewhere. UNACCEPTABLE. I just seen the 1.5 stars they get on yelp!

I know the world is short staffed right now, but the pharmacy really needs some help. There's always a line of 5 or more people and the phone stays on hold for 30+ minutes at a time. Prescriptions are partially filled and never ready on time. They've changed their hours due to staffing shortages and really need to hire several pharmacy employees. The last few times I have visited, their store clerks impossible to find. There isn't anyone to check you out and you have to use self checkout.

Went to urgent care about 8 this morning and had my prescriptions sent to this pharmacy cause it was close to my work. I went on lunch and got there about 12:10. There was a line of about 10 people in front of me. Didn’t think it would be that bad and that they could make the line move fairly quickly. I was completely wrong. Stood in line for about another half an hour and there was only two people helped. Seemed like there was only one technician working. I get everyone is short staffed, but this is ridiculous. Thankfully, I had a family member pick up my prescription since I needed to start taking them asap and I had to go back to work. About 1:15 technician tells my family member that it would be about another hour before they’re filled? Mind you, they sent in the rx at 8 this morning! You had 5 hours to put 3 prescriptions in a bag. Don’t bother sending your prescriptions here, especially if you need them right away.
