Felt EXTREMELY discriminated against by a pharmacist by the name of Amy. My boyfriend and I spend the entire morning driving around the springs in order to find insulin syringes for him to take insulin for his Type 1 diabetes - we normally purchase from Walgreens since they don’t require a prescription for syringes, actually the state of colorado doesn’t require prescriptions for syringes. Walgreens just so happened to be out, after driving to 6 different Walgreens, we go to CVS. We walk in and ask for insulin syringes, and the nice young lady walks back to retrieve them, only to come back saying we needed a prescription. I stated that we would like to speak with a pharmacist, and Amy comes back. He was told he needed to prove he had Type 1 diabetes, in front of a store full of people. We have never felt so discriminated against or profiled. His numbers were skyrocketing and we were almost denied syringes he NEEDED in order to take insulin. DO BETTER AMY. DO BETTER CVS.

Amazing staff! The team at this pharmacy work tirelessly to take care of the line and the customers needs. I am blown away by their commitment to go above and beyond at every encounter. Thank you!

Understaffed. Waited in line before closing and got turned away because my turn would have been closing time.

I was blown away today by a pharmacy team member named “Felicia”. Last Monday, I was too busy talking about the snowy weather to notice I hadn’t given my insurance information when paying for my medication. Fortunately, I was able to return today to fix that. When I got to the window, I realized I didn't have any of the things I needed to fix this. So, fail number two for my part. Felicia wasn’t even fazed. She went above and beyond to help me, even though I obviously hadn't earned that. She WAS able to solve my problem, but it wasn’t easy. It took some doing. She even involved the actual Pharmacist. My point is, you can’t find service like that anywhere. I had to drive out to that CVS, which is 30 minutes away from home, because my local pharmacy was out of my medication. But now I'll be driving out to that CVS because it’s pretty awesome. Thank you, Felicia! Don't change!

Great experience here getting my flu & covid vaccine. The pharmacist Kathy was so nice to talk with and despite being the only one able to do vaccinations on a very busy Saturday, she was simply wonderful. Quick and easy overall with 0 issues. It's not done in a private room which is more of a limitation of the space Target gave them but I didn't have any issues with that.

I get the meds but they need basic efficiency training. When you have a line of 11 people, stop whatever you are doing and open a lane. One guy working, 3 ladies doing some bullshit*t in the back. Get the customers handled. Work after 5pm to sort your pills if you don't have time during the day, don't make customers wait because you don't plan your hours well.

Am in a very long line, again, to pick up a prescription. This pharmacy at Bloomington is severely understaffed.
My insurance company said they "can never get through on the phone."
I'll be switching to another pharmacy. I don't have time for this.

it’s no good. Can’t get ahold of anyone, anywhere, anyhow. Go with any other pharmacy

Update: Husband went to pick-up medication and guess what? Heidi never filled the order, let alone they didn't even have it at this location. Didn't even bother to call or send a message in the app. My husband had to drive to the CVS on Platte. Heidi, sorry to say your follow-up and follow through sucks.
I spoke with Heidi today after having an issue with my medication and she was so helpful! Thank you, Heidi for the great service and helping me out ❤️

I have chronic pain in my legs and my doctor has worked on for years and the pharmacy decided not to fill it any more because it is too much and they don’t believe the doctor. They were very rude to me and my doctor so I will never use CVS again!

The pharmacist, Raliza, is the worst. Unfriendly, unprofessional, and unknowledgable. Worst experience I have ever had and in turn I will never use a CVS pharmacy again because of her.

I’m always thankful for the customer service I receive at this location. The team members are great! I have been coming to this location for many years. They are empathetic and caring when they assist me with my family’s needs. They do what they can to make sure everything goes smoothly with my prescription pickup. I’m grateful to have this experience at their location.

Unfortunately, they lost their best pharmacist and it appears that the new pharmacists and staff members are still becoming acclimated with their processes.
