Horrible service. They don't bother to check orders that were submitted the day before. I approached the counter and instead of looking up my order, the clerk kept asking me what the order was for. I replied medication. After 5 minutes of asking me questions, she walks over to the order submission computer, she says "oh it was submitted yesterday and won't be ready for another 2 hours and we close at 8pm". This is the 2nd such incident in months - I'm transferring to another pharmacy.

Great experience at CVS in Briargate!2 new prescriptions and the wait was not too big and I could compare insurance and GoodRx prices! Great help for me!

I dont think it is possible to wait longer in lines to get a prescription filled. The last time was over 3 hours. Its always at least an hour. I just moved my scrips elsewhere. I tried too many times. I give up!!!

I agree with the other reviews. This location is the most poorly ran pharmacy I've ever come across. It's problem after problem and I have a life threatening condition. They put me through hell every time. They refuse to answer the phone, the employees are very angry when you deal with them, they mess up ALL of my prescriptions. The customer service is a -10/10.It didn't use to be like this. The service has gotten awful within the past 6 months.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I've been going there very often (unfortunately!) for nearly 4 years and absolutely have not had one problem. I receive the text when the drugs are ready, stand in line for a brief while, and have very friendly and helpful associates who assist me. I also get my yearly shots there and that goes smoothly, too. I won't go anywhere else!!

Very bad pharmacy. Call to talk to pharmacist, expect to be on hold for at least an hour. They do not care about people filling the same script every month. I was told that getting their stock, is random. They do not understand supply and demand. They don't order medicatication it comes in randomly. I don't know if that is true or not, just what I was told by the pharmacist. Not an employee, but the one who should be paying attention to medication demands. I suggest finding a different place to get your meds..

They don't pick up phones, need more employees working to help with the amount of prescriptions needed. Always long lines. Tell false information about medication they claim they have and can fill, send notification that they definitely got it but then out of no where don't. I've currently been on hold for a HOUR. They really need more help.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Lines weaving throughout the store, closing at the worst possible times and then not coming back on time (supposed to be back at 2, they told me to be there at 2:30 and by 3:00 still not open). And then all of a sudden - they somehow lost my insurance on file...after a 1.5 years...just poof gone. I tried to call, was on the phone for 20 minutes and finally gave up. It's an absolute nightmare.

How many horrible reviews is it going take to get your act together? My prescription was “on hold” for over four hours. They didn’t call me to fix the problem and they didn’t answer my multiple calls (all three were disconnected after 30-minutes each). Only one of the four people working there could even tell me what the problem was and only after standing in two lines. How does a pharmacy allow this to happen?!?!?!?!?! Do better because too many people’s lives are counting on you to do your job well.

Please read. Tried to delete it too. I’ll post it 100 times if I have to.I have never left a negative review but I don’t even know where to begin with this place.First of all, they need to understand the true and legitimate danger of withdrawals. Some medicines are more severe in their withdrawal symptoms than others and they don’t seem to take that into account. Being woefully understaffed and set up to fail has completely numbed the staff to people’s struggle (at the hands of CVS). My doctor was stunned to hear they let me go cold turkey for 4 days (multiple times).He urged me to find a different pharmacy as we felt this one doesn’t take this issue seriously enough.You will never get your prescription on time. Ever. You will be withdrawn from crucial (and dangerous) medicines every month by no fault of your own. They have made me want to cease treatment that has been effective because I feel like I am held hostage every month by this pharmacy.They do not answer their phones under any circumstance. They will pick up and hang up the phone before they answer. I’ve called probably 12 times over the last year and they answered once.On 12-27 I show up at 9:15, no pharmacist. Come back at 12:45 they say 15 minutes, come back at 2 and am told by a separate employee it will be 15 more minutes. Come back, told they don’t know, and receive a nice guilt trip.Finally 4 hours after I was quoted “15 minutes” my medicine was ready.Just tell me an honest quote. I’m out here fighting severe insomnia, a metal taste in the mouth, and uncontrollable shaking. If it’s going to be days late just be honest so I can best prepare myself so I do not have to endure this.I do not deserve to be withdrawn from medicine Every. Single. Month. It is irresponsible and dangerous.They wanted $300 for a prescription Walmart got me for $85. Just embarrassing.Just a horrific experience. Go anywhere else. Drive to castle rock if you have to.This place should NOT be legally allowed to operate in the capacity they are trying to operate in.I will never use this pharmacy again. Not like they care.

Used to be good. Now no longer answer the phone due to low staff. Now takes days to fill prescriptions. Was told yesterday morning I'd get a text in a few hours. Still waiting for that text.
