Some staff are nice and helpful Some are nasty and disrespectful and they give a negative reflection of the facility. All patients, family and vendors deserve to be treated kindly and with respect!

Their biggest problem is they don't like being corrected when they're doing something Wrong ! Policies state to change gloves before touching other patients machine's tech's hardly ever do that ..What happened to integrity and doing your job right ?❓

I have the same problem of no one being able to access my fistula. Never had any issues until I transferred here. Had one good tech but she's never there. When I attempted to voice my concerns I was told that techs gave to have a life outside dialysis! Well I need dialysis to live & my tech has not been there motor more than 3 days consecutively since starting in March. Is it me or does that seem excessive? I have had 2 fistulagrams which were both negative for issues. In fact, the doctor at the vascular center actually recommended I go elsewhere which is exactly what I am doing! This is a big center with over 30 techs & only one can get my access? They are desperately in need of more experienced techs! Go to Liberty & save yourself the pain. Since starting at this facility in March I have been infiltrated 5 times.

Transferred here from Liberty, OMG like night and day, Davita is far superior with treatment, and I felt a hundred times better, staff is excellent, this is the place to go!

This place is horrible. No one listens to what you have to say. Except the social worker and the dietitian, they are the only two that really care. Other wise a couple of techs but not many. They are all new. So get ready to have your arm poked and prodded on. The FA could care less and won't work with you on a chair time that fits your schedule, even if you have a job. If I didnt live close I'd rather go somewhere else. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!
