Hotel service is HORRIBLE. I have had to stay at the motel across the street which have been a pretty decent motel for the fact that it’s in a good location. BAD ENOUGH we have to walk across to get laundry done but their matching to get soap out takes the money. I’ve had to get laundry soap from one of the front desk clerks even though I understand they aren’t responsible for the machines. But when the MANAGER of the hotel gets there she rudely tells me that we don’t do that and they weren’t supposed to. But if I have been telling you guys the machine isn’t working and I’m sure others are waisting their money as well, why wouldn’t you report it to the company after many complaints? The service there from the manager alone will make a customer shamed to stay there. Im very understanding but telling me “well if they don’t come to fix it then they don’t come” THEN WHY NOT PUT AN OUT OF SERVICE NOTE ON THE MACHINE?! Waisting people’s time and money.

I booked a 2 night stay at this hotel through Expedia and was not supposed to pay until I had arrived. However, my card was ran that morning at 6 am. When we got here to check in, they was down hot water and asked to still pay 100 deposit. We are going on almost 24 hours of no hot water to shower. Then been asking to talk with a manager to get a discount on this room we keep getting a run around on when they are to be here.

Checked in last minute as I had to be in Colo Springs for a job orientation and first hotel choice fell through. Seemed perfect until.....The very thin comforter has a large burn hole. The top sheet also has a burn hole, the bathroom grout is literally falling apart, shower curtain is nasty. Not sure about carpet. It looks clean but I wore slippers when I took off normal shoes. No housekeeper for 2 days. Asked front desk and they said housekeeping comes every 3 days. On day 4 when I get back at 4:30 PM no one has come. Go to front desk and different person tells me housekeeping comes whenever you request it. Really???I got clean sheets and towels and made theBed myself where I found another burn hole in new sheet. There was nothing at the" continental breakfast" but coffee and some tea bags. The pool and hot tub are closed, the vending machines don't work and the ice machine is broken. My husband has been asked for cigarettes by multiple people everytime he goes outside and we are both pretty sure we saw a drug deal in the parking lot involving the woman camped behind the hotel and several others who "met" in the parking lot.Nothing about their advertising and or website is factual. If you need a cheap place to sleep it works. If you need anything longer than a night I would go elsewhere. There are no amenities and it doesn't feel safe.EDIT* last night there someone stole a gas can and a Dewalt saw/battery out of the back of our truck. Truck was parked under a light and saw/battery were in a secured tool box. Perfect ending to the worst hotel stay ever. Cost us roughly $600 for stolen items. Front desk said couldn't look at video without manager who was coming in at 11 AM. At 11 we're told manager wasn't coming in. Being we were checking out I'm pretty sure we are SOL, unless cops do something. But I doubt they will do anything more than file a report.

The location is great. The people were nice. The bed was good. But, the grout between bathroom tiles came out and was strewn all over the floor. Walking barefoot felt like walking on sharp stones. I was glad to not stumble and get hurt. Finally, I swept it all up. Breakfast was a Disaster. No coffee when I checked twice. Juice machine was out-of-order. The other breakfast items were just plain pitiful. This was by far and away the worst Wyndham I've ever stayed in. I'm sure it would have been better and quite a lot cheaper to have stayed at the Super-8 across the parking lotSafety: Glad I didn't fall from the tile grout on the bathroom floor. I could have hurt myself. It was all over. Pretty disgraceful.

We arrived to find out the pool was closed indefinitely for maintenance. When I asked what was being done to it, I was told "I don't know" by the desk clerk. When I booked it, there was nothing mentioned about the pool being closed. Our room smelled like the sewer had backed up in it. Pillows were missing off the bed, there were no lamp shades on any of the lights. Furniture was old and scratched. The AC grill cover was snapped off and was reattached with wire. The carpet was extremely worn and thin in spots. Room was not acceptable. We decided to cancel and leave shortly after arriving. The young woman at the front desk was the epitome of pathetic service. Between her eye rolls and shoulder shrugs, she offered either "I don't know". "I don't care" or "not my problem or fault". She poorly represented a pathetic hotel that needs serious improvements. I've worked retail all my life and would never treat a customer the way we were treated. I strongly advise that no one stay at this location. The worst hotel I have ever seen.

The room we got was absolutely abysmal. It smelled. The floor was damp. The bed was hard. The shower curtain rod, a/c grate, dresser, and one lamp were all broken. The only items in the breakfast room were a flavorless instant oatmeal, and cheap coffee. The only real positive point to the experience was the price. 71 dollars for our room plus a $100 deposit, which I had better get back, because there's really no way to do $100 worth of damage to that room.

Amazing staff but the building is rundown especially the bathroom and not sure if they really clean our room beforehand because we found a sock by our bed and no pillow case. Pool was closed but didn’t find out until we got there. There were people outside and being loud until midnight/early morning so really hard to sleep. The place is sketchy to be honest, which is disappointing since it is a part of Wyhndam.

There were some really nice employees. Thank you! Other than that, where do I start?Generally didn’t feel clean - my white socks turned black from the carpet in my room. Broken tile in my bathroom, broken bathroom door, 1/2 the elec outlets didn’t work, mattress sucked, dirty walls, pool and hot tub area were shut down, no breakfast, dirty breakfast area counter by microwave (rooms don’t have microwaves). I heard the super 8 across the parking lot is worse.Rooms: No microwave, dirty, missing furniture, dirty carpet, etcSafety: Didn’t really feel sade

It's not the worst place I've been to, but it's far from the best. The window wouldn't lock, and the screen was ripped. They had only one pillow on one of the beds and no iron. Luckily, we had a fridge. We did not have a microwave, though. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom and no wash cloths. They don't serve breakfast here either. One good thing is that the lady at the front desk was nice. I don't recommend this hotel.

Stains and cigarette burns on the bed spread with no other blankets. No TV remote in the room. AC doesn’t get cold. The carpet is… damp. The whole room smells musty. Both beds sink in the middle. All the furniture is broken. And the pool was of course out of order.

Thank God I had blankets in my car otherwise we wouldn't have been able to lay down. Couldn't even take your shose off the floor was bad.

Friendly front desk staff. Must have been short staffed. No hand towels, wash clothes, soap in room. Out of Kleenex. No fridge or microwave. Someone must have stolen the hair dryer. The room was clean but wasn't serviced well.

THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER SEEN IN ALL MY PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL TRAVELS. Not a single piece of furniture in our room was unbroken. No toilet paper or bath towels when we got to the room. Two old, decrepit foam pillows on the king bed; asked for additional pillows and was told there were no more pillows anywhere in the property. On the bed was a sheet and a thin, worn comforter with holes in it. They charge $100 damage deposit when you check in, which is laughable because everything is already broken.

It's a place to sleep and has hot water, rooms really dirty, doors hard to open. we have 2 rooms and both rooms have beds that are teeter totters. Looks like the place is under a remodel, but doubt it, considering the condition of the
