Came here (and a few other places) to find a dressy coat for my selective (AKA picky) daughter. The saleswoman who helped me was very helpful, friendly, and patient. My daughter tried on many coats. When we didn't find exactly the right coat, she showed me one online, that was perfect.Store was immaculate and all of the clothing racks (that I saw) were neat and organized, unlike some other stores we'd been to.

Pricey, but mostly good quality. The only real downside is no shopping carts available. You have to hand carry your purchases.

Personally the secret 3rd floor was the best spot in general! This employee helped me get up there for a professional photo shoot. 3 stars because he made me pay 50 dollars for it.

It is always nice to shop Dillards 1/1 sale. Fair sized store with a decent selection but not a big as Park Meadows.

The man at the customer service counter for suit tailoring was the rudest laziest person I have ever wncountered. My husband and I walked up looking to get his suit altered that we purchased at Dillards with lifetime alterations. He didnt even look at the pants before telling us that no he could not help us. I then asked “can you look up the purchase? Because the suit was purchased here.” He said no how would I look it up. I then said well you could ask us our name and for our receipt. Then my husband stated he spent $600 dollars on the suit. After he was informed we had spent a large amount of money on the suit. He then said he could help us. Unimpressed to say the least.

They could do a little bit better getting more Psyco Bunny more Ralph Lauren, more items that are missing. I don’t see Lacoste or Hugo boss tighten up.

I went to Dillards today to look for Christmas gifts for my friends. While I was wandering around, I saw a KURT GEIGER hat and I liked it very much and bought it immediately. Then I left the store and left my purchases in my car. After purchasing, I put on the hat and continued walking around the store to look for gifts for my friends. A man working inside came to me and said he wanted to see the receipt of the hat. Moreover, he did this in a rude way, first following me and then asking loudly in front of everyone. I told him could come with me to my car and see the receipt because I had left my shopping bags in the car. He made me wait at the entrance of the store. I saw the woman who sold me the product and she confirmed that she sold it to me three hours ago. This will be my last purchase from this store. Neither I nor my acquaintances will come here again. The style can never be like this. If you have any doubts, you can turn on the camera footage and review it before turning me around in public. Also, after this incident, my psychology really deteriorated. I will not hesitate to speak to my attorney about this store and this person !

The customer service in this store is so bad! The guy in the men’s cologne department is the worst. Ignored me as I stood waiting 20 minutes and kept helping others as I waited and waited. Didn’t say I’ll be right with you, just waited on the next person that walked up to him. Then I went to the men’s shoe department. No one working! Had to go over to the men’s clothing department and ask for someone to come help me. He told me to ring the bell which I did and no one came out to help. All these employees from other departments watching me as I stand there. I walked out and left and won’t be back. This store is usually empty and I can see why! Horrible horrible customer service!!

The staff upstairs in the lingerie and pajama department are extremely friendly & helpful. they don't seem to profile too much which is nice to be able to shop comfortably since that's a rare thing to be able to do these days.

Customer service was a joke. I was looking at some Fiesta christmas abd wanted to get the price and wondered around with no employees to help. Went to customer service to ask and was rudely told that it should be and when I walked to the counter to ask for it to be scanned I was told the lady by the door was the housewares manager and what ever she said was correct. Then went to finally check out and again no employees at the registers in the housewares section ended up at cuatomer service again. Then the "manager" checked me out and didn't say the total ot anything walked away to get 2 sheets of paper for my 4 glass items purchased horrible wrapped then and walked away no thank you or anything else just walked away like I was a bother to them. Being a card holder I would have thought there would have been better customer service. 100% dissatisfied
