Goodwill's a total sham total rip off they don't test electronics and they don't give your cash refunds or back on your card to get store credits so when they don't test their electronics and you take it back you don't get your money back they do this on purpose and they gave you a gift card to spend at their store they don't give you your money back I know this is against state law they set you up for failure I'm calling on a band of all Goodwills if you give a s*** about anything don't go to Goodwill they're charging new prices for stuff that's been given to them for free and then they rip you off by not giving your money back

I used to enjoy shopping at goodwill, but now that the dressing rooms are permanently closed I won't be shopping here anymore. I have to try on clothes before I buy them to be sure they fit how I want.Tried buying without trying on and had to return it all (and they only offer store credit) and now I am out that money because I won't buy without trying it on anymore.

This store refused to let me use my store credit because of a problem on their end. Ridiculous. I even had the receipt to prove it but I was told I had to drive all the way to the other goodwill to get it corrected due to no fault of my own. Thanks a lot badwill. Also they sell tons of stuff for WAY too much. Ripped, stained, pilling clothes that can be bought new for sometimes LESS than their price. STOP. Just bc something is a name brand also doesn’t mean it’s worth as much as you price it. Especially when it has VERY OBVIOUSLY been heavily used.Edited to add: After returning to the other Goodwill I was told that the store credit did not need to be corrected like I was told. They said it was something this store could have fixed on their own.

I’m not sure oh who is in charge of pricing but they need a reality check for sure. I don’t understand, they get all of this stuff for free and they have ridiculous prices. 8 bucks for a very used condition sweater from King soopers? Yet, I’m sure the employees don’t make more than minimum wage. My family won’t be back, sadly.

I was at the Goodwill of of Constitution on the East side of Powers at 3:30 this afternoon. I attempted to purchase a few outfits for a homeless man. When I aproached the counter/register to pay for the stuff, I was the only person in line. There was one person at the counter helping someone else on the other side. I went to that cash register and waited. Soon after another cashier showed up at the second register and stated she can help the next person in line. I said that's me I'm waiting, as I put my stuff on the counter she told I'm supposed to be waiting in line. I explained to her there was no line, and only one person at the register, and I thought I was supposed to go to the register and wait, so that's what I was doing. This cashier told me ' well, that's not how it works, I'm telling ya now how it works for the next time you come in. Next time you go to the line behind the sign and you wait for someone to call you'. I said ok, well there was no line, and only one person at the cash register. She repeated herself, I said ok I got it, can you please check me out so I can go. She repeated herself again. Now I'm starting to put together she is probably special needs. I said ' ok can you please check me out so I can leave'. She asked the other lady " hey, do you wanna come deal with this". The other lady was not special needs, and was as rude as ever. She also was busy speaking to someone else during this meeting with the special needs cashier and had no clue what was happening. She was VERY rude, said no way I'm dealing with that, I said, dealing with what, all I'm doing is standing here trying to pay for my stuff. Now this lady tells me ' anywhere else you stand in line and you wait to be called" you do not just walk up to a register and wait". I told her, there was no line, the special needs cashier said ' so you were the first and only one in line, I said yes, and there was only one person at the counter, so I was standing there waiting for her to finish what she was doing. The one who was VERY rude and not special needs said ' that's not how it works anywhere'. I told her yes that is how it works everywhere, if I'm at Walmart and there's no line, everyone just walks right up to the register'. The special needs woman says, ' technically, I don't have to ring you up, I'm allowed to refuse service to anyone I want to'. I say one more time, will you please just ring me up so I can leave, she repeared herself again. ' Technically, I can refuse service to anyone for anything, I don't have to check you out.' The one who isn't special needs wasn't helping, I told her fine I don't need this, fuck off. She would not ring me up. When in today's world, goodwills prices are so comparable to that of Walmart, and you aren't treated like a dirty piece of dog crap because you were waiting at a register with no line to be checked out, guess who's going to do more business. I have been shopping in that goodwill store for 20 years. Never in my life have I been treated like that, or ever dealt with anyone so awful, and so unbelievably rude. Today is November 8, 2023. I gave you the time that I was there so hopefully you can figure out who was working, pull the video recordings, and watch and listen. If you care at all about your business because it will be a cold day in hell before I go back in to any goodwill due to the treatment I received. If I had been rude to the special needs lady, I can understand her doing that, but I was not rude to her until I walked out because she refused to ring up my clothing items. The one who was not special needs was VERY VERY incredibly rude. She caused a scene in front of others waiting in line because she was practically yelling, and the incredibly rude look on her face with her attitude, I would not be surprised if more people in line decided to just leave instead of waiting to make their purchases. I have s

The prices are very expensive for 2nd hand. $15 for pants- shirts are 8.99 and up! I will be searching out my local thrift stores from this point on. I will also advocate not to donate at Goodwill anymore. Your company is supposed to CARE about the less fortunate pocketbook. This company does not!

We stopped at this Goodwill yesterday just to browse really, but I found a great recliner, as good as new, that matches my couch. Only $30,- what a find. The store was super clean and organized and they have a great selection of Halloween merchandise too, new and used. As I walked by she shoe isle, a brand new pair of Harley Davidson shoes caught my eye $19.95. Just my size. These shoes are $269,- at the Harley Davidson store. What a catch, had to grab. It sure pays off to stop in here.

I was just here on Saturday. This used to be one of my favorite Goodwill store until I noticed a drastic change in the prices. One medium metal star was 7.99 ....the same price on the original price tag. T shirts were 5 bucks each!? 9.99 for a plate. The shoes were expensive too at round 10 bucks also. And forget about trying to find a 50 % off yellow tag (or whatever color it was) sale item because it didn't exist. Now they shut the dressing rooms?! This place went downhill. Whoever is in charge of the pricing is out of their mind. Sad.

We pulled up to the donation area and the individual who came to help was one of the most rude people I have dealt with at a donation drop off. I get it may not be his idea job but don’t come out and act as if we pissed you off and taking your rudeness on us. This is the second time this has happened with us at this store. Thus we will use another donation center. Maybe those in charge need to brief the ugliness

I went to this goodwill with a couple of friends yesterday, and I overall had a good experience. The store itself is clean, although everything is scattered around, as you'd expect with a standard goodwill. I saw a lot of items were in good condition, but some things were overpriced. Overall, it's a decent experience, just like any goodwill.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars, but you got one by default. My daughter was treated very rudely by an "associate" when she asked to try on a pair of pants. We don't have much money, so what we spend needs to be correct. How utterly rude. This place may be called goodwill but they definitely DO NOT possess good will. I will NEVER shop here again and I advise everyone to boycott this location until they learn common decency and manners. Very utterly disappointed!!! ? I wish I knew her name and could get a pic of her, but she went and hid when I asked her her name... Go figure...

In general, C Spgs has better Goodwill locations in general. They all still have that "odor" but they are fun to shop in and well organized.

This is not only a review for this store but all Goodwills.I have shopped At goodwill since moving to the US in 2001. I loved it. I loved being able to help the planet by reusing and by getting a bargain. In the last few years goodwill has changed and not for the better.Prices have doubled in recent years. Changing rooms are not being reopened and when you bring your clothing items back that do not fit, all you can get is store credit.I will no longer donate here, nor shop here again.
