Called and politely asked if they had an item in stock & this RUDE young lady REFUSED to check for a very easy to find item stating she was TO BUSY!!!
A good employee would have apologized, stated there’s no one available at the moment due to being short staffed. Not just barked and hung up. Rude employees seem to be a trend at Dollar Trees.
Though…. I called the location on Platte right afterwards & asked the same exact thing & the girl who answered the phone there stated they are very busy & if I had a couple minutes she’ll get someone to check on that item! WHAT A DIFFERENCE in locations.

An older white lady with glasses around 7pm tonight yelled at me, "Dont come back if you're just going to steal!", when I bought christmas stuff and a homeless guy a snack and drink. The cashier lady had apologized, saying her coworker thought I stole my items even though I had my receipt. Will be reporting to corporate when I get her name. I'm too pregnant to be dealing with a crazy lady accusing me of bull.

Love the store and everything they had. My complaint about this location is the cashier working register 3 (I think), older lady with glasses, she was rude and throwing the bar to separate the stuff between customers on the belt towards us customers!!! I’m sorry but if you don’t want to deal with people or interact with them, then maybe you shouldn’t be working in a customer service environment. She is lucky that she didn’t hit anyone with that bar. But for this reason I don’t think I will go back to that store.

I understand dollar tree doesn’t have the best reputation for customer service. But when the line is halfway across the store and the cashier who is struggling calls for help you’d figure someone would come and help the cashier. Instead the manager came up and looked at the line and went back to the back. Very poor management skills.

Note for managers: PLEASE if you see a line halfway across the store, please jump on a register to help instead of going into the back. This happens way too often. Stop leaving 1 single cashier up there to help a huge line of people when you literally aren’t doing anything but standing outside chatting. Insane.

Not really happy. I felt like I was being followed around the store by the older white woman working there. And when I went to check out she wasn’t very friendly, besides that to pay all I had was a big bill she tells me she can’t break. Pretty much was a waste of time. You didn’t close for an hour why don’t you have change?

Pretty much what I would expect from a Dollar Tree. The layout of the store was a little bit more confusing than the average Dollar Tree, but, other than that, there's nothing really not worried to say about it. If you've been in one dollar tree you've been in them all. Cheap prices, sometimes at the cost of quality, sometimes not. Their Vienna sausages, however, are overpriced compared to most grocery stores.

I just got home from this Dollar Tree. I gave it 1 star because of the women that were working laughing at someone making jokes about a homeless man that came in. These were older ladies not young so you would expect manners from them but that is not what I saw. Regardless of how this man ended up in his situation these people should have shown him love compassion and respect. It sickens me how this behavior is so common place today and I just pray these women don't ever end up in the same situation as this man. I pray they find love and how to express it towards others.
