It finally came on the 11/26. Product was fine, but since I paid plenty for shipping, I do not believe I got what I paid for. First level customer service is not helpful. Their management staff, however, is helpful. The best I can say is that they are legit. But they oversell and under-deliver. Two starts is literally, "Meh. I've experience better." And that's what I think they deserve.
