Apparently not open on Sundays. I went over at 1:30 for a birthday reward and though there was a car, no one was inside and the door was locked. I called and waited but no one answered.

Terrible experience again. This time I was told they don't have enough employees to make arrangements. Sad what this business has turned into. Used to be kind of a cool gift, now just not worth the effort. Save your money and time.

If I could give no stars for this store I certainly would. On January 10th, 2024, I received a fruit platter from this location from my husband for my 50th birthday, it was presented well with balloons and the platter wrapped etc. My husband was disappointed because he noticed the balloons were not the ones that he had chosen. Then I started to unwrap the platter and I was horrified to find moldy fruit. My husband contacted the store and spoke with a young man that seemed apologetic. he offered to replace the entire order the following day and to compensate my husband 20% of our order and that was that. The next day we received the platter but no ballons. We reached out to the corporate office, who responded back to us today 1/12/2024 and promptly routed us back to this store for a resolution. We spoke to the rudest, most condescending, disrespectful women by the name of Kim. Even though she hadn't spoken with the young man that we initially spoke with and wasn't present during the conversation. She proceeded to tell us what he was thinking when he spoke with us, as well as his intension behind his resolution. She also told us what he said and what he didn't say and began raising her voice and talking over us. Then she goes on to tell us that she's not going to fire him, which was never part of the conversation. She informs us that they no longer carry the balloons that my husband ordered and asked us what we wanted her to do. We tried to explain that it would've been nice if they had just communicated that with us instead of acting as if it was a simple matter of them just correcting their mistake. We have spent lots of money with Edible Arrangements over the years and because of this experience (not the rotten fruit the experience and disrespect from Kim) they will never get another cent of our money. We never asked for the young man to be fired but we do think that Kim should be fired because Edible Arrangements will lose a lot of customers if she is left in charge of dealing with them.

My husband ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday. The strawberries were soggy and going bad. Only ate a half of them and got a stomach ache. We'll avoid this location next time.

The quality of products I get from here are consistently perfect and the owners of this store are the kindest people you will meet!! I love ordering from here, either a big order for delivery or just a walk-in smoothie, it is always a day-brightening experience. Not once have I had any kind of unpleasant moment, I highly recommend ordering from this location!

Kim was really helpful and kind. I never ordered an edible arrangement, but knew they were quality from word-of-mouth. I decided to get one for my mother, which consisted of pineapple and chocolate covered strawberries. It also included cinnamon sugar pecans. This was one gift my mother really enjoyed. She raved about it for days. Thank you for making my Mom’s day special and for ensuring a quality product. I will be getting more in the future. God bless!

I ordered a platter online for my son for Easter. I wanted it delivered to his place of employment so he could share with coworkers. The platter arrived on time. I was emailed proof of delivery with the cutest picture of my sons coworker holding the platter.My son and his coworkers enjoyed their goodies. Thank you Edible Arrangements for a great experience! You have definitely earned my continuous business!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Placed an order on the 11th .. could not get anything delivered on Valentine's day. Not only did they promise to deliver two days later but they failed to deliver on the 16th as well. I called the store around 3pm wondering hey guys what's the hold up, why has my order status not changed at all. I was told they were waiting on flowers for my order and assured it would get delivered that day. NOPE, never arrived. Imagine being made to look like a fool for Valentines, you tell your loved one to expect something and NOTHIng comes!!! This is NOT Okay Edible Arrangements you guys are horrible

There was inclement weather and they notified me they could it deliver. That’s fine. It arrived the next day and it looked Ike’s amazing and my daughter said it was perfect! I saw a picture and wow! Great job

Was a little annoyed I made an order at 7:30 am to be delivered to someone's work. By 4:30 when they were off I ended up having to just pick it up as it was still not delivered. Don't bother trying to call because no one will answer or call you back. Despite how dead it is if you go in store. Would be nice to get an estimate on delivery time. But none the less the fruit was amazing. And it was a good looking set up.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered for the 1st time on the website for the 3 of us to have gifts for Christmas. I thought it would be a nice thing for all of us. Then, I got a phone call saying my order would arrive at 4 p.m. Then, a few minutes later, I got a call from the same girl, changing the time from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. I never got any text updates on my same-day delivery order, despite choosing that option. I also got no other phone calls. When I noticed no one has come to our door yet and it was past 6 p.m. , I call them. They say it's on the way. 6:20 p.m., still nothing. I call again. They say it's on the way. 6:30 p.m., still nothing. I call again and they say it's been successfully delivered. We look for it everywhere, even at our neighbors' houses. Nothing. I call to tell them it wasn't "successfully delivered." She tells me they outsourced the delivery to Door Dash. I told her that explains it since many Door Dash drivers are known for stealing nice things, food, and expensive orders. I ask why they use Door Dash when it didn't say anywhere on their site that they use Door Dash to deliver their stuff. I felt very mislead since I have never seen a flower and gift shop use Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc. to deliver. She says she will call me back. She doesn't. I call 3 more times and every time I'm told they are on the phone with Door Dash and that they will call me back. They don't ever call me back. My husband calls the final time and he can't get anywhere with them and they hang up. Then, they call back. Finally. They offer to deliver to us the next day. We tell them, we are done after having a Door Dash Grinch literally steal our Christmas gifts from us. We tell them we want a refund. They send a zeroed out email for the bill. No written apology. No nothing. This order for the 3 of us for Christmas was over $100. I hope whoever stole our 2 balloons, 2 boxes of chocolates, box of cupcakes, smiley Belgian chocolate pop s****** 2 edible fruit arrangements, chocolate dipped strawberries, and chocolate dipped pineapples enjoyed it at our expense knowing they did a family wrong. This is the kind of world we live in now. Talk about killing the magic of the holiday.........
