My husband who is deployed submitted an order weeks in advance’s for Valentine’s Day. The order was delivered to me but the card picture quality was disappointing. I’m sure they seen how the ink printed on the card as they were packaging it into the envelope. I am also sure that they had seen other prints that day as well which should have prompted them to fix the problem before continuing the order. A message to my husband to notify him would have also been acceptable to but disregard a paying customers order is disappointing to us.

I was very upset with my Valentine's day order today they gave not fresh fruit the flower were still left in there packaging with plastic and paper still on them some flowers were dead and also I paid for balloons and did not get those and when you call the store the people are rude the so I am waiting for this store to call me so I can let them know how poor service I got on a special day

I went to the store to place an order my son's birthday on 1/27/2024 - Sunday and nobody came out but I can hear people talkin behind the closed door. I stood for 30 minutes and wondered if the place is open for business. Finally, a guy came out with a mohawk hairstyle but he didn't say anything and went back inside. Another person -a lady came out and I tried to talk to her- I said I've been waiting here for so long- are you open? She looked at me and walked away and went back in. The store was empty but thought maybe because the products are perishable and maybe their kept inside. I just wanted see the chocolate covered fruits before I order. While in the store, I googled if there's a store where my son lives and found one. I called the place and someone answered immediately and helped me and my son received the goodies within an hour. I gave this store BIG FAT ZERO for NO SERVICE OFFERED.

Placed an online order for Valentine's Day and order went through with no issue.Show up in the store to pick up the order and they state that the order went through but they were not taking online orders.I should get an automatic refund in 2-3 days is the only comment offered.For as large as this business is, the fact there was no notice of an order issue prior to me showing up in the store is unacceptable and as unprofessional as it gets. Poor customer service, especially for the prices they are charging. Recommend people find another business to use so they don't end up in the same boat.

I waited 15 mins for three different people to come talk to me and just for the last one to say “that they didn’t know anyone was waiting”. The first too females were rude and short. I get it’s valentine day and you are busy but if someone is waiting to place an order and you tell them to “hold on a second” don’t leave them out there waiting. At least tell someone else to go out there to assist them.

Update #2.. they refunded me. Which I appreciate. It sucks that it was like this at all. But atleast they made it right.Update!!! I took the plastic off and the quality is trash! I expect a refund. I am so beyond disappointed...They won't deliver 15 minutes away. They had the option for 5pm pick up time online but then called me saying that that's too late. So I had to leave work early to accommodate to their needs. When I got here order was wrong. Also, when I went to order online, They were out of the first 2 arrangements that I had selected. I'm only giving 2 stars because it atleast looks decent through the bag. I won't order from here again. This was my first time ever ordering edible arrangements. Not worth 108 dollars. What a headache.

This shop is AMAZING!!! Marci was super friendly, professional with a happy demeanor. My sister-in-law was absolutely trilled with the delicious strawberries and flowers after her surgery. I’ve ordered from Edible Arrangements up in Littleton where I and every recipient has been very very happy, but this shop has the best customer service that I’ve experienced. Highly recommend.

Ordered an arrangement for My daughter’s BDay…. It was Beautiful, Delicious and Fresh….Had a little issue with delivery, but Tiffany was Quick in the resolution.Can’t wait to have a reason to order again.

Absolutely a pleasure having these folks handle an order with little preparation time. Marci made the magic happen and Jessica was so friendly and went above and beyond to deliver! All of these hard working folks deserve so much praise for their diligence and excellence. I will definitely be coming back for every occasion worth celebrating!

Ordered a blue baby boy fruit bouquet with extra dip strawberries and a balloon, for a pick me up for my daughter who had a c-section Never got balloon and dipped strawberries also the arrangement was in a pink container !!! Never offered to send a new arrangement to make it right!!!

I ordered from this location for my best friend. I ordered way in advance, and the day of delivery I got a text saying it was out for delivery and I told my friend. She waited by her window, That looks out to the driveways so she wouldn’t miss them. An hour later I get a text saying they were unsuccessful with the delivery. I’m so upset because they did not even try to deliver the order like they claim. I have been trying to get a hold of them for 2 days now and they will not return my phone call or set up a new delivery.

Experienced some of the worst customer service. Visited the store a few days ago to redeem a birthday reward. No one at the front counter, nor did anyone come out until I walked past the double doors with a window. I showed my email and said I would like to redeem the reward for the 12 piece dipped fruit. This employee said they could only do three strawberries or three cheesecakes. I showed the reward again, and she said, oh it’s a 12 piece, we can do strawberries. She then stated they couldn’t do it then, but maybe in 30 mins. or I could come back later. I chose to come back later. When I returned 2.5 hrs later, I walked in right behind another customer. No one attending the front counter or acknowledged we were there. We waited close to 10 mins. In the meantime, the other female customer tried calling the store number and no one answered. So, we went to the double doors, looked through the double door window to find someone. The other customer knocked on the glass. We could see the employees, and one was sitting down, but no one still came out right away. One female employee finally came out and just stood with the double doors open looking at us in annoyance!! SHE DID NOT ASK OR SAY, CAN I HELP YOU OR ANYTHING!! She just stood there! We both stated that we have orders to pick up, in which she replied, “Are y’all Door Dash or something”? The other customer was Door Dash, and this employee checked the refrigerator and gave her the order. So, I then tell her I was picking up an order and showed my rewards email. She immediately said, “WE AIN’T GOT TIME TO DO THAT”. I replied, I was here earlier and now picking it up! She yelled to the other employee in the back, asking if she knew anything about it! The other female employee, who had helped me earlier, then comes out and retrieves it from the refrigerator. I would not recommend or use this location on Academy Blvd. I also noticed when walking in, there’s hardly any grab and go items on display. There was one item each in two different refrigerators. This was the first time I’ve tried using a reward. This was also my birthday and I thought it would be a nice treat. However, once I got back home, I noticed the dipped strawberries may have looked pretty, but they were not fresh or firm! The fruit was soft and old, just covered up with chocolate!
